Shiva Group is a versatile business group with around 250 employees
that contribute to its Pan India Geographical presence. Started
in 1996, this company is growing into a beacon for others to

Experience. Quality. Reliability!

The first company (Shiva Consultancy) was founded by our

present M.D. Mr. Mithlilesh Giri in the year 1996 as a
proprietorship company. Being a qualified engineer, and getting
hands-on
enriched from his hands on experience in managing steel plants
based on steel-making through Induction Furnace route, he
started his own consultancy unit and after a short stint of 8 years
in the business, registered the company in the year 2004 as a
p y and started complete
Private Ltd. company p conceptp to-
commissioning assignments.

Modular construction is a process in which a building is constructed off-site,
under controlled plant conditions, using the advanced new age materials
and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built
facilities but in about half the time. Buildings are produced in modules that
when put together on site, reflect the identical design intent and
specifications of the most sophisticated site-built facility without
compromise.
Structurally, modular buildings are generally stronger than conventional
construction because each module is engineered to independently
withstand the rigors of transportation and craning onto foundations.

together and sealed, the modules become one integrated wall, floor and
roof assembly.

and the elements. Manufacturing plants have stringent QA/QC programs with
independent inspection and testing protocols that promote superior quality of
construction every step of the way.
Beyond quality management and improved completion time, modular
construction offers numerous other benefits to owners. Removing
approximately 80% of the building construction activity from the site
location significantly reduces site disruption, vehicular traffic and improves
overall safety and security. So, for schools, hospitals, or other active
businesses, reducing on-site activity and thereby eliminating a large part of
the ongoing construction hazards,
hazards is a tremendous advantage. advantage

As owners and designers look for more sustainable designs for improved
environmental impact, modular construction is inherently a natural
fit. Building in a controlled environment reduces waste through avoidance
upstream rather than diversion downstream. This, along with improved

Because construction of modular buildings can occur simultaneously with
the site and foundation work, projects can be completed 30% to 50%

Built to Code with Quality Materials

Modular buildings are built to meet or exceed the same building codes
and standards as site-built structures, and the same architect-specified
materials used in conventionally constructed buildings are used in modular
construction projects wood, concrete and steel.
A Relocatable Building (RB) is a partially or completely assembled Steel
building that complies with applicable codes or state regulations and is
constructed in a building manufacturing facility using a modular construction
process. Relocatable modular buildings are designed to be reused or
repurposed multiple times and transported to different building sites.

Relocatable modular buildings are utilized for schools, construction site offices,
medical clinics, sales centers and in any application where a relocatable
building can meet a temporary space need. These buildings offer fast delivery,
ease of relocation, low-cost reconfiguration, accelerated depreciation
schedules and enormous flexibility. Relocatable modular buildings are not
permanently affixed to real estate but are installed in accordance with
manufacturerss installation guidelines and local code requirements. These
manufacturer
buildings are essential in cases where speed, temporary space and the ability
to relocate are necessary.

A raised floor (also raised flooring, access floor(ing), or raised access
computer floor) provides an elevated structural floor above a solid
substrate (often a concrete slab) to create a hidden void for the passage
of mechanical and electrical services. Raised floors are widely used in
modern office buildings, and in specialized areas such as command
centers,
centers IT data centers and computer rooms,
rooms where there is a requirement
to route mechanical services and cables, wiring, and electrical supply.
Such flooring can be installed at varying heights from 2 inches (51 mm) to
heights above 4 feet (1,200 mm) to suit services that may be
accommodated beneath. Additional structural support and lighting are
often provided when a floor is raised enough for a person to crawl or even
walk beneath.
In a Modular Building Outer Walls are made of the following two Options

1. Puf Panel- Puf Panels' are insulated, Double skin metal cladding/ roofing,
and are available in different thicknesses and variants.
2. LGSF Walls- Light Gauge Frame Structured Walls available with different
Materials and finishes.
