(ii) The freebies to be given to all new customers, including MNP & migration. Not with validity extension.
(iii) Validity extension to be allowed through plan vouchers 149/- & plan voucher 439/- respectively (if customer wants to
remain in plan 149/439 respectively).

a. Existing subscribers are allowed to migrate to Student Special plan, however migration is allowed without FREE
data usage and special benefits.
b. Free data usage with data plan voucher 96 is available only for the first time, on subsequent loading of the plan
vouchers; free data usage will not be available.
c. Validity of C-TopUp SIMs in 3012 class shall be increased by Rs. 37 Voucher by keeping their service class same.
No voucher is required for increasing the validity of C-TopUp SIMs in class 3056.
d. As per TRAI regulations every SMS beyond one hundred SMS per SIM per day shall be charged @ minimum
50p/SMS.
e. Base Service class for Data Plan vouchers are 3021, however any class can use these voucher, but cannot be out
before 365 days. Base Voice Tariff Plan is Per minute plan
f. The plan voucher cost for Per Min plan is Rs. 37 and for Per Sec plan is Rs.36. This plan voucher will be used for
validity extension; migration etc..
g. Customers of New Per Sec Plan (FRC 106) and New Per Min Plan (FRC 107) and those migrated by PV 36 and PV
37 shall avail full talk value on TopUps Rs.,500,550,1000,1100,2000,3000and 5500 as special benefit

i. Under Pyari Jodi Plan free 20 local call minutes per day is offered to one fixed/limited mobility number of BSNL in
his/her own name. Now the option of GSM Mobile will also be added i.e. free 20 minutes local call per day will be
offered to one fixed/limited mobility/full mobility (GSM) number of BSNL in his/her own name.
j. Rationalized price of paired and unpaired SIMs
k. Addition of F&F features in Student Special Plan with following conditions:
i. The F&F facility with Student special plan for two local numbers (Mobile/LL/ GSM/CDMA) (on-net/off-net)" with
tariff of 10p/min for local on-net F&F number and 20p/min for local off-net local F&F number.
ii. The F& F number can be any combination of on-net/off-net local numbers.
iii. Registration of each F&F number/ change of each F&F number will be charged @Rs.5/change or
Rs.5/registration.
iv. The tariff offered for F&F number will be applicable in home LSA only. If number under student special plan is in
roaming then base tariff will be applicable for calling to F&F number also i.e. no reduced tariff of 10p/min for
local on-net F&F number and 20p/min for local off-net local F&F number.
v. Allowing of STV88 and STV42 for student special plan also with only "minute" pulse option.
