Witness: I do. PAOLO DE LIMA Y CAYETANO, Filipino, of legal age, and with
residence at 76 Leyte Drive, BF Resort Village, Brgy. Talon Dos, Las Pinas City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

Defense: The purpose is to rebut the alleged accusation that he was Selling of
Dangerous Drugs

Defense: Ms. Paolo De lima, do you still remember what happened in May 19, 2015
Witness: yes your honor
Defense: what did you do that day Could you briefly narrate what transpired during
that time?
Witness: On May 19, 2015, I was at home watching TV when I decided to buy bread
for breakfast.
Defense: what time?
Witness: on or about 9:45AM
Defense : Do you remember what happened next?
Witness: Yes I opened the gate
Defense: what did you saw?
Witness: When I opened the gate of my house to buy the bread, AGUIRRE
approached me, wearing civilian clothing and introduced himself to be an
agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.

Defense: So what happened next?

Witness: When he was in the act of shaking my hand, he then forcefully placed
something inside my shirt pocket. I was shocked! When I took it out, I saw a
clear plastic packet containing a white powdery substance which I suspected
was shabu or metamphetamine hydrochloride po. there and then appeared
and informed me that such was an entrapment operation;

Defense: Did they tell you their basis of such accusation?

Witness: NO. they just told me entrapment toh entrapment to taga pdea kame
Defense: what did they do to you then?
Witness: suddenly hold on to me, drag me and the demanded money iao 300,000 or
ill get jail
Defense: So were you able to give money?
Witness: I refused to pay the said amount, Versoza then placed my fingers onto the
money that they brought and put me under arrest, restrained me with
handcuffs and brought me to the Brgy. Station;
Defense: So eversince you refused to pay they didnt offer to demand the money
again as your option?
Witness: No because they forced,demanded to me and I was asked more than 3
times already.
Defense: how did they forced you?
Witness: grab my hands and threatened me with all the accusations I did not have
any intention to commit

Defense: how can you say that you were threatened and forced to demand money

Witness They threatened me simply because I refuse to give what they want. They
try to go a bit farther from the vicinity and try to scare them by saying wag
kayo makialam kung gusto nyo madamay dito.
