Ostendo® CD Media Kit $40.00 + GST

Ostendo® Software Annual License Renewal Fee – 20% of Aust RRP Software Price.
This fee is due 12 months after the purchase of the software and every year thereafter.
This 20% fee is calculated using Australia’s List RRP (excluding GST) multiplied by the number of issued
licenses. This includes upgrades and updates released during that year via internet download.

One Company License

The Ostendo® Software License grants the Licensee
Licensee the right to use the Software for one Company
- i.e. on the same server, with the same computer users and business owner(s).

Multi Company Ready

Ostendo® Software is designed as a Multiple Company ready system.
Each additional Company requires its own Ostendo® Licensed Users to be purchased.

Statement of Calculations: All charges of fees set out in this price list are exclusive of GST. All ‘per hour’ fees are charged for on the
basis of time taken for administration, preparation, research and task to complete. All ‘per hour’ fees are charged for in units of 6
minutes. Where the time taken is not an exact multiple of 6 minutes, the time will will be rounded up to the next multiple of 6 minutes.
All ‘per hour’ fees carry a minimum charge of $40,
$ or two (2) units.
If Training or Support hours exceed allocated time estimates the then ‘Hourly Support’ rate will be charged. Except in the case that
a standard weekday 9am-5pm 5pm workday has finished, in which case the ‘After Hours Support’ rate will be charged.

Travel and Accommodation

All travel and accommodation outside the Newcastle – Lake Macquarie Region is chargeable at the current
rate. Hourly rate
te of $75.00 + GST will be included for organising travel arrangements.

Bills & Disbursements

Disbursements
Are any cost incurred by EOS on behalf of the client. The client will pay for the cost of all disbursements
incurred during any agreed project. To ensure that EOS has sufficient funds to meet the cost of
disbursements as they are incurred, EOS will notify the client of amounts needed to be paid into our
account to meet anticipated disbursements or EOS will provide details for the client to pay disbursements

Bills
Bills are payable within 7 days of issue.

We are also not qualified to provide
de Accounting advice. As such we recommend that you use the services of specialists in these
areas; as we cannot support any software other than Ostendo.
