The best way is to act alpha and wait for him to shit-test you
(meanwhile you are ready to pass the test). This is the way i do it,
and it works like a dream.
Think about it like this: Everyone tests (we know that), but the
person with the lower status (ranking) tests more often.
example:
A waiter is carrying a tray of food and drops it in the middle of the
restaurant. Betas (or insecure men and women) will laugh at him.
Laughing at him is actually a test to the waiter. If he is
embarrassed/self-conscious, then he fails the test and his status is
down played. If he doesn't do anything and doesn't think it's a big
deal, then he can merely look at the people that laugh and roll his

dynamic b/c he passed their tests. A big winner on the other hand (a
