1. What is it like to be a reader/writer in this class?


a. Doesnt like reading or writing; Fun; Natural.
2. What is it like being a mathematician/scientists/social scientist?
a. A bit challenging and sometimes not; Fun; Educational; Math: super

fun, Science: discover new things, Social Studies: learns history.


3. How do you best learn as a student?
a. If needs help, ask the teacher or figure out by self if the teacher is

talking with an adult; Learn in a fun way; A loud place (used to soccer

and basketball arenas); A quiet place.


4. If you were the teacher in the classroom, what would you do the same? What

would you do differently?


a. More math, Less reading; Everything differently (in a good way); More

history; Give everyone candy especially gum; Be able to take off shoes.
5. What makes a good teacher?
a. Helping students; Talkative; Listens to the students; Plays rock music;

Theyre nice, fun, and not too nice (good balance).


6. What makes a good learner?
a. Listening and paying attention; Works well in classroom; Listens to the

teacher; Turns work in on time; Stays on task.


7. What is your favorite part of class and why?
a. Math because understands better than any other subject; Friday

mornings; Lunch; Cool Math Games; Dismissal.


8. What is something you would really like to learn about?
a. How to be a chiropractor (parents are chiropractors); Dividing and

multiplying fractions; Technology; Why their ribs pop out of place

sometimes; More math and chocolate.
