As seen with this R2 value, the degree of linearity is very accurate, as R 2 is equal to
1. The measured value of the test resistor, R1 was 9.95 kOhms, and the slope was
9.959 kOhms. This percent error was only 0.090%, and our tested values were
extremely linear.

These values are all fairly close to zero. However, the Kirchhoffs Voltage Law isnt
quite zero due to minor errors, including human measurement error, calibration
error, and other errors involved with the instrumentation.
Problem 4
Refer to Lab Packet for calculations.
The equivalent Resistance using measured values was 46.0 Ohms. This led to the
voltage being 0.069 V calculated from the measured resistances. However, when V 0
was measured itself, it had a value of 0.067V. These values are very close to each
other.

g. The forward bias of voltage of the white LED was measured at 1.837, while the
forward bias for the flashlight was 2.8 Volts. The rated voltage from the flashlight
lab was 3.6V. These voltages are all fairly comparable. The white LED requires the
lowest voltage, then the forward bias of the flashlight. Finally, the rated voltage is
the highest voltage that a device can hold, so it makes sense that it has the highest
value.
