    Surveyor cum Deputy Director General (Technical) in Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of
    Shipping Vide Commissions Advertisement No. 13/2016, item No. 07, vacancy No. 16071307623
    published in the Employment News on 23-07-2016.

    2. It is notified for information to all concerned that the number of posts may now be read
    as ONE (ST-01) instead of TWO (UR-01 and ST-01) as ONE (01) UR post has been withdrawn by the
    concerned Ministry/Department, to implement the order dated 11.01.2017 of Honble High Court,
    Calcutta.

    3. All the other terms and conditions would remain unchanged.
