the idea of being a traveler, in own journey is present in almost every tradition,
culture or tribe around the world. a traveler may be a hero, in the search of
own destiny. through that search, the hero see own self, and make a choice, to
deep into the unknown regions of own nature. while conquering fear, in the
process of facing own reality, the hero reaches a state of honest self-perception,
and becomes ready for the journey, the journey to the destination set within
own heart.

as the destination is the origin, the heart of where all starts and where the
destiny will be found. along the journey back to the primordial source of all
that is have been and will be within own heart, the traveler and hero, may be
worthy of the blessing sod the gods.

according to the nature of own deeds, and ability to stand the knowledge of the
primordial codex, the code of the culture of the primes, the primordial culture
sure of all cultures, the culture that lives within the nature of all that is have
been and will be within own heart; the gods may bliss the heroes with
adventures, missions and tasks, that would bring them forward to the state of
complete expression of own nature, and upgrade of own individual culture,
skills, abilities, perception, awareness and consciousness.

along their journey, the travelers and heroes may find ambrosia, the fountain
of the nectar of immortality, and themselves, as well, enjoying from divine
activities within their own temples.

the assessment theta, is a process necessary for the journey, to be done by the
traveler and hero own self. the practice of assessment theta, will help the hero
and the travelers to reach own destination, to fulfill own destiny by following
own bliss.

through the study of the 9 families, the 9 elements, in relation to the
synergy of all that is, have been and will be within own heart and own
journey, the traveler and hero may find a first assessment.

the knowledge of the 9 forces one is meant to collaborate with, as for a
balanced journey in harmony with nature; is also necessary for
mastering the changes to be experienced. the i ching theta, the book of the
primordial changes, is key for prediction, so it is the knowledge of the
numbers.

the vectorial analysis of own journey, will bring clarity regarding the
impact forces interacting with own vessel, in all fields of experience, has,
and there for the necessary strategies for the vessel, the journey, the
traveler to arrive to its destination, destiny.

a systemic analysis on the hand of a risk management analysis, while
considering the relevant fields or dimensions involved in the journey, and
the impact of strategy and decision making, will be of paramount
importance for management.

the design of a strategy, according to regions or territories to travel
through, mission and vision, codex, philosophy, values, aims and goals, is a
matter of management; so the development of the enterprise is a matter of
governance, policy, and culture involved in the journey as well as wealth,

for an intentional destination, a map of the regions you plan to navigate through is
paramount.

In order to read a map and make decisions regarding change of course, a navigator is
necessary.

The vessel, needs of engines, and their correct maintenance and operation, for which
an engineer is mandatory.

the crew, must work together, towards the same aims. a line of command, rank, roles,
functions and organization are key, for any journey.

consider for a moment that the skills of the scout that draw maps, the navigator, the
engineer, the crew and the line of command, as well as of the captain, are all available
within you. for every step in your journey, one of these roles, functions, responsibilities
need to be taken by yourself alone. If you are, for instance, in a journey with a real crew,
like a family or clan, or a community or team, or an organization, or nation; then the
ability to stand the knowledge and skills of each of those roles is of key importance, for
communication, collaboration and collective decision making.
You may be right now in a journey by your own, or with a collective, the journey is real to
you and every choice and step, you know, brings you further into a destination. Is that
destination the one you wish? every minute, day, season that pass, you move forward and
your available resources are being consumed.

What will you do? within the current circumstance, while you are already into a journey,
you must organize yourself, bring yourself together, set your own crew and advance
your own skills or set your inner crew (inner roles you must take for the whole journey).
there is no time to prepare yourself for the journey, as you are on the sea already.

the only thing you can do now, is to take responsibility and to do the 4 4

best out of the circumstance. define your destination with much

precision, set an strategy, define milestones, use your resources
wisely, be ready for the un expected, manage your time and process
correctly. Every decision you make, every choice, will change your
life, your journey, your destiny.

for every responsibility to take, a certain level of complexity is necessary to be managed.

your decisions, preferences, choices, actions will reach a particular level of impact, or
have a multidimensional impact.

where ever you intent to go, the out come of your journey will be that one of the
accumulation of results you have produce through your choices.

the map you need to your destination, must include a map of yourself, and of the levels
of impact your choices have in your own life, in your family, projects and journey.

the 9 stages of development of an individual, can be applied as 9 stages of development of a

collective.

the management of own individual life is as complex as that of a collective self-organized

or organized by leadership.

along your journey your actions may impact:

as captain or admiral of your own vessel or navy, you must

will navigate through. one little move in any level of your
navigation system, may impact your journey profoundly.
