I am currently student teaching in the Granite School District at Taylorsville Elementary in Mrs. Madsens 5 th grade
class.
I have been responsible for:
Creating and teaching differentiated lesson plans based on a variety of student needs.
Using various techniques for classroom management, including the Big 8.
Grading assignments.
Creating and enforcing contracts for students.
I have also worked with Tami Dautel at Sprucewood Elementary for the Next Steps Program and at the
University of Utah Reading Clinic for the Higher Steps Program.

I have volunteered with Patricia Morrison at Willow Canyon Elementary and Melissa Brown at Sandy
