1. That I, MARY LOUISSE INGUILLO, of legal age, Filipino, single,

with residence address at 1234 Acacia Steet Cembo, Makati City, have filed
a complaint for damages against TIMBUKTU INC., Civil Case No. 12345,
Regional Trial Court of Makati;

2. That said case was scheduled for pre-trial on 24 Apr. 2017;

3. That in view of the fact that I cannot attend said pre-trial because I am
making a business trip to Japan, I have authorized by these presents my
counsel, JESSELLE BIGALBAL, of legal age, Filipino, single, with
residence address at MySpace Dormitory, 21 Saddle Street, South Cembo,
Makati City, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me in my name, place,
and stead for the pre-trial on 24 Apr. 2017, to represent me and giving her
full powers to enter into pre-trial and stipulate facts in accordance with law.
