1. FRONT OF HOUSE

1.1. VSO #42994 NO ACCESS TO WORKSTATION CLUB WHEN OPENING FRONT OF HOUSE

If the workstation is set at a club the user does not have access to, the error message has been reworded so its
now clear the user does not have access to that club.

1.2. VSO #42993 CHANGE TO PERMISSIONS ERROR MESSAGE WHEN OPENING FRONT OF
HOUSE WITHOUT FOH_RUN

If a users security group does not have the security token FOH_RUN, the error message displayed on attempt to
open Front of House now states that they do not have permission and displays the name of the missing token.

1.3. VSO #44260 POS SCHEME ENHANCEMENTS

Following on from being able to customize the button and button font size, further features have been added so
users have the ability to;
Customize the number of buttons per row
Add existing group and POS schemes to your scheme
Refine and filter inventory items when linking to buttons
Use an auto size option for button fonts
When customising the POS Scheme (POS Scheme > General) you can select to fix the button size or have them
sized upon the number per row. Similarly, you can choose to have the button font size fixed, or have the font
auto sized according to the button size.

Under the Buttons tab, you also have options to order the buttons alphabetically, copy folders and to add an
existing POS scheme.

Selecting Set Alphabetical Order without selecting a specific folder will set an alphabetical order for all of the
folders.

When copying a folder you have the choice to rename the new folder and select whether you would like the
copy part of the items or within a group.
When adding an existing POS Scheme, you can chose to rename the scheme, choose which scheme youd like to
copy and which parent folder you would like the scheme in.

2. BOOKINGS

2.1. VSO #44092 CREDIT NOTES IN FRONT OF HOUSE SPORTS COURSE CANCELLATION
ALLOCATED TO CORRECT MEMBER WHEN PARENT PAYS FOR CHILD

Changes have been made to correctly identify the paying member in a parent/child situation. If a child pays for a
course booking, when cancelling the credit note will appear on the childs account and not the parents.
If the parent has paid, the credit note will appear on the parents account.

3. REPORTS

3.1. VSO #44229 DD COLLECTION ANALYSIS REPORT

The DD Collection Analysis report now has 2 extra columns Membership and Price Type. These columns can
be added by selecting Customise Columns.

4. CONTROL PANEL

4.1. VSO #44401 MERGE FIELDS NEXT AGREEMENT

New merge fields have been added for future agreements. When a member is automatically upgraded, it will
now be possible to send a letter with details of future agreements and future cycle fees.

4.1. VSO # VSO #44732 ALLOW PRO RATE FEE FOR ADD ONS

A setting has been added to Control Panel to allow/disallow pro rate fees being charged for Add On members.
The setting can be found within Control Panel > Global Settings > Agreement.

5. PRICE MANAGEMENT
 5.1. VSO #43282 IMPLEMENT SECURITY TOKENS INTO PROMOTIONS

Membership Discount and Inventory Discount statuses are now controlled by specific security tokens that
correspond with each one.

6. CMS

6.1. VSO # VSO #43794 I CAN SELECT A POINT FROM WHICH STATEMENT INFORMATION
WILL BE POPULATED

There is a new setting in CMS that means you can control the earliest date that a member can go back to view
their online statement. Is it found within CMS > Member Configuration > Services configuration and you can
search Earliest to refine the search to this setting.

7. MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

7.1. VSO #43358 STATEMENT CHANGES

The new statement functionality has been updated to now include fully discounted items, payments made via
direct debit and to show when items have been paid for by another member. For the changes to show, the
lgdstatementdetail and lgdstatementdetailmulti templates in IDrive > DOCS will need to be updated. Please
contact Legend Support for a copy of the templates.

7.2. VSO #38598 MEMBERSHIP PRICING WITH NET TAX AND MULTIPLE CODES

The New Member Wizard, Upgrade Wizard and Renewal wizard now fully support net tax and the use of
multiple tax codes. These changes will also be supported by the referral discount scheme.

7.3. VSO #44397 NOTE CAPTURE WHEN UPDATING GL ON CHARGE #259309

When updating a GL account within Membership Management > Billing > Payments, a note capture field has
been added to improve the audit trail for any changes made.
 8. BACK OFFICE CONFIGURATION

8.1. VSO #43215 CHANGES TO CLASS WAITING INVITATION EMAIL

It is now possible to edit the footer on the waiting list invitation email. Any information entered into the footer
will only display in plain text. This is configured in the following location Configuration > Waiting Lists
Configuration>>Class Waiting List.

You can configure the footer to be at Enterprise, Group and Club levels by using the location drop down. You can
also configure a reply to email.
 9. SPORTS COURSES

9.1. VSO #43872 USE CREDIT TO PAY FOR SPORTS COURSES DURING ENROLMENT

Users now have the ability to use Credit Notes on the members record to pay for a Sports Course through the
enrolment wizard. The Course Enrolment Summary stage of the wizard will display the Total Credit Available and
the debt to be raised on the members account should a Credit Note be used.

Users must have the SC_CAN_PAY_BY_CREDITNOTE security token to use this functionality.

9.2. VSO #40741 WHOLE COURSE OR REMAINING SESSIONS TYPE COURSE CANCELLATION

Users can un-enrol members from whole Course or remaining Sessions courses with the option to issue a Credit
Note/Refund if applicable.

9.3. VSO #40737 SINGLE SESSION COURSE TYPE CANCELLATION

Users can un-enrol members from single session booking(s) with the option to issue a Credit Note/Refund if
applicable.

10. TASKS & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

10.1. VSO #38650 ADDING BARCODE DURING CM JOIN PROCESS

You can now assign a Barcode number when adding a member within customer management as well as still
having the ability to update within Front of House.

10.2. VSO #41994 DEFAULT NEW TASK OWNER TO NEW PROSPECT SALESPERSON IN CM

When setting up a new task the owner of the new task will now default to the salesperson who is setting up the
task.

10.3. VSO #40766 CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT OMNI SEARCH HONOURS LOCATION

RESTRICTIONS

The Omni search will restrict the search criteria to the operators contacts only. It will no longer return search
results for all contacts from all sites

10.4. VSO #38574 SETTING DEFAULT MARKETING PREFERENCES

Customer management will not respect the default marketing preferences set within Control Panel.

10.5. VSO #42564 CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT UPGRADE WORKFLOW

As a Customer Management user you now have the ability to upgrade a membership.

The can be done from the Search Member Screen by clicking Actions>>Upgrade Member

Or from the member details screen by clicking Edit Contact>>Upgrade Member

10.6. VSO #42388 UNSIGNED AGREEMENT CREATES AN EVENT & LEAVES MEMBER IN
PENDING STATE

Within an event if the member has not signed the agreement they will be left in a pending state. Appropriate
warnings will appear and notify relevant parties.

10.7. VSO #41294 MUST READ AND AGREE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN CUSTOMER
MANAGEMENT BEFORE JOINING

You now have the ability to force customers to read terms and conditions and confirm they have read them
when they join.
 10.8. VSO #37485 COMPOSE EMAIL IS NOW A BUTTON WITHIN SEND AN EMAIL TASKS

When resolving a task within an email resolution as a child task, the Compose Email link has been replaced by a
Compose Email button

10.9. VSO #43795 UNABLE TO EDIT THE BODY OF AN EMAIL WITHOUT RELOADING THE EMAIL
WINDOW

You no longer have to reload the body of an email numerous times before editing. The following token enables
the user to edit the email instantly - CM_CHANGE_CONTENT_EMAILS.

10.10. VSO #41127 NET TAX IN CM JOINING

As a customer Management Operator you will be able to see the correct tax breakdown during the joining
process. The membership agreement and email confirmation will also show the same amounts of tax being
charged.

10.11. VSO #39461 EMAIL CONFIRMATION SUMMARY ON JOINING IN CM

As a new member you will receive a confirmation email detailing the agreement, payment and T&Cs.
This function can be turned on or off upon request through Legend Support.
