Thanks a lot for your feedback's which i have got for my previous retrogression article, and again
here i am going to describe another theory of planetary combustion in Vedic Astrology, I will
show you my research point by point along with examples so that you can understand it very
easily.

As we know all such processes are based in astrological views only, its not happening in the sky,
We just consider these steps while calculating our horoscope so that we can predict the nature
and behavior of planets in normal life because our life is purely based on the planets and strength
and weakness of the planets creating strong impact on our life, and like a retrogression motion of
planets, combustion is also important concept and we can't ignore it any how.

Anyway lets refer the solar map below so that you can understand this concept easily -

I hope through above map you can understand as combustion is all about distance of the planets
from Sun, As there is limitation for each planet and each planet live in limited distances from the
Sun in the sky, However as we don't care whats happening in the sky, and for us whats happening
in our life does matter a lot for us hence our ancient sages and astrologers has given combustion
theory.

As we all knows Sun is very hot and fiery planet and we consider the same fiery nature of sun in
Vedic astrology too -
However energy of sun is main source of life in this earth, and sun is considered as giver of life,
however due to its fiery nature Sun is considered mild malefic planet in Vedic astrology, Because
fire has no friendship with anyone its just act as per its nature and burn everything which comes
closer to it.

Same thing happen with the Sun, If any planets which comes closer to the Sun gets burned and
which is destroying the significance of the burning planets -
However in Vedic astrology distance between two planets is been measured by the degree's
hence in ancient text there are certain degree has been described for combustion for specific
planet -
Moon: Moon is under 12 degrees from Sun considered as Combusted.

Mars: Mars is under 17 degrees from Sun considered as Combusted.

Mercury: Mercury is in 14 degrees considered as Combusted. (12 degrees If in retrograde

Motion)

Jupiter: Jupiter is under 11 degrees from the Sun considered as Combusted.

Venus: Venus is under 10 degrees considered as Combusted. (8 degrees if in retrograde Motion)

Saturn: Saturn is under 15 degrees from the Sun considered as Combusted.

However in modern world everyone including me is denying above parameters for combustion
of any planet, because in modern time old parameters are not working 100 accurately and even
all practical experiences and live feedback's from peoples are allowing all modern astrologers,
not to trust on ancient written text books blindly.

So as per modern time and based on practical researches any planet gets start burning when its
under 10 degree, and if planet is more closer to the sun like under 5 degree to 1 or less degree
planet will be considered as burned or combusted.
However there is one debate i have seen almost everywhere, which is about combustion of
Mercury and Venus, because they both are the planets which are always too closed to the sun and
quite used to with Sun heat, So can we put Mercury and Venus under combustion
concept ???
So answer is "Yes"

Mercury and Venus also gets burned if they goes too close to the Sun, however as they are quite
used to with the Sun heat hence they become combusted when they are under 1 to 4 degree,
Mercury is always either would be one house previous or next to the Sun or could be found in
conjunction with Sun in horoscope and mercury cant break this boundary, Same happen with
Venus also as Venus could be either one or max two houses ahead or previous to the Sun or could
be in conjunction with Sun in horoscope, but as i said fire has no friends hence Venus and
Mercury also gets affected when they are too closed.
However combustion of Venus and Mercury is really a matter of debate, as when we see
horoscope of successful peoples or celebrities where Venus and Mercury conjunct Sun then we
easily saying that Mercury and Venus are combustion free, however trust me if you refer chart of
lower class peoples then you will actually realize that they both planets are also not free from
combustion and really fire has no friends.

Another important point about combustion i would like to tell you, is that, while checking
combustion of the planets, must need to check as which planet holds lowest degree, because its
also matters a lot.

Suppose There is a conjunction of Mars, Sun and Venus in horoscope and Sun is in 06:00 degree,
mars is in 10 degree, and Venus is in 02:00 Degree, so actually whats happening here as Sun is
in 06:00 degree so as per other planets degree Mars is going away from the sun as hold higher
degree from the sun, but Venus hold lowest degree from the sun and coming closer to the Sun, As
an impact on human life Mars will do lot better after the age of 42 even being under combustion
(As its going away from the Sun heat, so later with the time suffering coming due to combustion
will also be less), However Venus will give more struggle and will create issues as going near to
the Sun, Hence please keep this concept in mind while calculating combustion of the planets in
horoscope.
See, basically if any planet in horoscope become combusted by Sun so its loses its basic
significances, and if its a benefic planet which is combusted in horoscope so its loses is doing
good capacity and its benefic qualities are greatly suffers (Like how the burn person will react in
their life).
And if combusted planet is malefic than its become more malefic and somehow act
like hard enemy (If any modifying situation is not present in horoscope), However
any combusted planet act completely negative in the horoscope only If
Combusted planet is in debilitated sign, Weak in Shadbal, Under Paap
Kartari yoga and also losing strength in D-9 then it can act like biggest
destroyer and mild malefic for horoscope.

However there are few parameters which are known as saving factors for the planet and even
being in combustion position, planet can perform very well in horoscope and these are as below
-

1 - If combusted planet is occupying its own or exaltation sign in horoscope.

2 - If Combusted planet is getting strong benefic aspect.

3 - If Combusted planet is sitting in the house where it gets Digbal (Directional Strength).

4 - If Combusted planet is exalted and well placed in divisional charts (Specially in D-9 & D-
60).

5 - If Combusted planet is retrograde in horoscope.

Note - Along with above five points combusted planet should not be weak in Shadbal also...!!!

So lets discuss above five points one by one in details along with examples --

If any planet is in conjunction with Sun and become combusted in horoscope however occupied
its exaltation sign, so even after combustion situation planet is able to survive and can't harm
concerned area's of your life too much (But combusted planet should not be weak in Shadbal and
D-9 & D-60).
Well as my personal observation i would like to say that combustion doesn't affect any planet if
its retrograde in horoscope, and the only reason when any planet become retrograde in horoscope
its automatically becomes too powerful.

Retrogression itself a great Power, As we know whenever any planet coming near to the Sun so
Sun is just burning that planet -
But basically even when planet is too close to the sun and if retrograde so it doesn't get affected,
Retrogression power is just saving that planet in a great way, and we can say that combustion is
nothing in front of retrogression.

As i have already clarified in my retrogression article is that, As Rahu and Ketu which are known
as shadow planets then why Rahu and Ketu is eating Hot Sun & Cold Moon like Pizza and
Burger, and this is possible Just because power of retrogression, They even cant touch Sun and
Moon if they are not retrograde hence they are always retrograde in horoscope so that they can
eclipse the Sun and Moon.
That is the main reason Rahu and Ketu are never considered as combusted even if they are too
closed to the Sun, Even they are damaging Sun if they are in close conjunction with Sun, Which
is also known as Grahan Yoga in horoscope, So If Rahu and Ketu could be too strong due to
retrogression, Then why other planets cant be??

So if any planet which is closely connected with Sun however in retrograde motion, so its does
not get combusted by Sun heat, as retrogression power is saving that planet...
Now lets discuss the Karmic Part behind combustion -

As we knows our entire horoscope is purely based on previous life deeds, so what are that
deeds which are responsible for planetary combustion???

Yes its true that combusted planets signifies some malefic or weaker deeds from past life which
you can understand through combusted planet placement and condition in horoscope, However
the main imp fact about combustion is "It is like a Deduction".

As Combustion is natural process and to give you certain result based on your past life deeds
planetary combustion is required, however its basically a deduction which signifies "Something
has been deducted from your luck Store due to your past life sins"

Hence remember combustion of any planet does not make your life hell, its just affect ruling
houses and its significances but mainly presence of combusted planet in horoscope signifies that
something has got deducted from the destiny which you will surely experience in your life, As to
give you certain result based on your past deeds planetary combustion is required, It doesn't lead
to the scandal always like Saint AshaRam, but could support to even little event which may be
important for you... but combustion effect of any planet is always not horror as mentioned in
ancient astrology, however if your horoscope is weak you can feel its effect due to presence of
other bad yogas....

As i have seen people never trying to find exact source of sufferings, however just start blaming
Combusted planet, Retrograde planets or debilitated planets if they have these in their horoscope.
but trust me without analysis of your overall horoscope you cant understand that.."Never, ever"

And if you are searching effect of individual combusted planet in my article so dear you wont
find it here, because i don't write planetary effect on the basis of single parameter, Because any
combusted planet in horoscope also sits in specific house, Specific Sign, and same time could be
in conjunction with other planets, effect of other positive and negative influences can change the
result. Hence effect of individual combusted planet (which is available almost in all online
articles) cant be correct and require proper judgement to predicting through them.

Also remember combusted planet never deny the result, but result will depends on the nature of
planet, Even if combusted planet is yoga Karaka then too with little hurdles planet will produce it
result, it cant deny however the way of giving result could be little different then normal planet,
and if other planets also influencing then prediction should be made on the basis of all factors.
Combusted planet (If too close to the Sun) loses its strength which could affect health of the
person, And combustion of any planet affect personal life much than the professional life.

Few astrologers suggest to wear gemstones so that combusted planet can get the strength,
however please beware because if combusted planet is bad for your horoscope and if your
increasing its strength then be ready to face severe sufferings instead of profit....

Remember all players in any team cant perform equally, and even all team members are equally
giving their best, Than too only two or three players can perform well in any match but yet we
require contribution of all players because wining is depends on team work only, Same happens
with the planets as all nine planets cant be exalted or debilitated in horoscope, So no matter how
strong and weak they are in horoscope, they are never out of the game, and even they have got
burned but still they can help you out by their little support (Support could be good if benefic or
bad if malefic or both).

Combust Planets and Remedy in Astrology

When a planet comes very close to the Sun the planets considered combust. Sun
illuminate where sit in the house. Sun combust the planet so that we can see our
mistake. Sun is purifying planet, it is mild malefic, cruel, and purifying the things which
we needed for our soul growth. Every planet represent certain qualities when a planet is
combust it loses its positive qualities. Due to heat of Sun the planets which are close to
Sun does not feel comfortable and it becomes angry or frustrate and lacks the power of
what they represents as living karaka and the house they rule.

Lets say if a person get burned.. what happens to that person? The person
feel pain, irritated, angry and physically uncomfortable. Same Thing
happens with the planets when they come close to sun. Every planet give
different result when they are combust, because they represent different areas of life.

Combustion as the result of certain life lessons and energies not being validated in our
childhood, many times by the father (The Sun). In such cases, as a child the father or
authority figure may have been too busy or just emotionally unavailable themselves to
validate and honor the needs of the native relative to the combust planet.

e.g. Combust Venus would show a child who, when wanting to show love, affection and
appreciation, was rejected by a parent too busy, rigid or unconcerned. Their affection
and love was not appreciated and a deep hypersensitivity surrounding love, affection
and feeling appreciated was the result.

Anytime a planet it falls within that degree with sun, the Sun rays will be combust the
planet. These degrees of combustion are:

Moon: 12 degrees
Mars: 17 degrees
Mercury: 14 degrees 12 degrees when retrograde
Jupiter: 11 degrees
Venus: 10 degrees when direct, 8 degrees when retrograde
Saturn: 15 degrees

Combust Moon (conjunction of Sun and Moon) represents emotions, mother,

mind, peace and connection, psychology of the person. When moon get combust the
person have dull and restless mind and lot of anger because moon gets evaporate in sun
heat. This leaves the native unable to feel peaceful and connected. The native have hard
time with mother and feels lack of nourishment from mother due to that the native can
go in depression and agony.

Combust Mars (conjunction of Sun and Mars) represent strength to fight, anger
with in us, courage, willpower, principle and discipline. When Mars is combust it show
too much aggression. Combust Mars feels frustrated as it does not feel powerful, tough
or courageous enough. The native become very sensitive and argumentative and have a
win at all costs attitude.

Combust Mercury (conjunction of Sun and Mercury) represents

communication, analytical and intellectual power, flexibility and rational thinking.
When Mercury is Combust there is lot of confusion, the native loses his analytical and

decision making. There is lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding with people.

Combust Jupiter (conjunction of Sun and Jupiter) represent money, moral,

believe, wisdom, luck, higher education, husband in women life children, creativity,
spiritualism and religion. Jupiter is a very important planet because it control many
things in life. When Jupiter is Combust native suffer many areas of life. The native may
feels frustrated due to lack of hope and feeling of purposelessness and unworthiness.

relating with the kids, marriage and higher education and finance.

Combust Venus (conjunction of Sun and Venus) represents luxury, relationship,

love, beauty, creativity, art, vehicle, mutual respect and appreciation. Venus represents

has a hard time feeling valued and appreciated. This left the native insecure about
showing affection and maintaining a healthy sense of dignity when looking for affection.

in someone life. Sun is the planet of power, authority and career, and Venus is the planet

Combust Saturn (conjunction of Sun and Saturn) represents career, boss in

office, structure, organization, mass people, labour work, hard work and responsibility.
Saturn is the main planet for carrier when Saturn is combust the native have lot of
carrier problem due to their attitude they feel overburden towards responsibilities. They
have problem with their boss in office. There is the feeling that I have done enough as
resentments build about even the most basic duties in personal or professional
situations. The person develop bitterness and feeling of being overworked. Due to this
unwillingness to simply perform their duties situations often messes up.

Combust Rahu and Ketu they does not combust but they engulf the sun when they
sits with sun. In this case sun loses his all good qualities.

Sun with Rahu (conjunction of Sun and Rahu) show a native may appear very
confident but there is usually stress and fear beneath the surface revolving around a lack
of confidence because sun is our ego and confidence and rahu is fear and anxiety. These
people are very egoistic and they think they are very important personality and show
importance to others. They may have bad relationship with father. Overtime, a person
become very realistic about their own importance and greater understanding of
themselves beyond the level of personality.

Sun with Ketu (conjunction of Sun with Ketu) show lack of confidence because
Ketu want perfection, they don't know about their confidence because Ketu is hidden
planet. but they are very confident inside.

Remedies Of Combust Planets:

1. The cause of combustion is the sun, so one should worship sun..

2. Surya namaskar in the morning, Surya Namaskar is good way to manage stress.

3. Pour milk on shivling on saturday in the morning before 12 pm.

4. Meditation, if we do meditation we can better understand our flaws and try to fix
that.
 5. Respect father or fatherly figure.

Sun is mild malefic satwic planet, sun is purifier of our negative energy, here is the
message of sun which planet is combust the person needs to understand that planet
energy and should try to fix that.
Combustion of a planet among navagraha is a phenomenon which is said to be caused when such
planet comes within certain degrees of closeness to Sun. When it happens, the planet which has
come closer to Sun more than a safer distance to be maintained, it may lose its shine and luster,
which in astrological terms means that it may become comparatively weaker due to being too
close to Sun, as the Sun may burn some of its strength out. This planet which loses some of its
strength by virtue of being too close to Sun is called a combust planet and while depicting this
planet in a horoscope, the alphabet c is written along with it, which is an indication for the
person who studies such horoscope, that this planet was combust at the time of birth of the native
who possesses such horoscope.

For example, Mercury gets combust when it enters a distance which is 14 degrees or less from
Sun. It means that if Mercury is placed in the sign of Leo along with Sun where Mercury has
traveled 10 degrees in the sign of Leo and Sun has traveled 20 degrees in the sign of Leo, the net
distance between Mercury and Sun is 10 degrees which is less than the safe distance of 14
degrees in case of Mercury and hence it becomes combust. The natives who are born during this
phase of time will have combust Mercury in their horoscopes, which may be depicted by adding
c with Mercury. Similarly, other planets among navagraha also become combust when they
enter a certain minimum distance from Sun. Among all nine planets considered in Vedic
astrology, Sun is one of them and among the remaining eight, 6 planets except Rahu and Ketu,
namely Moon, Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Mercury and Saturn become combust when they enter a
certain distance from Sun.

This minimum distance is different for different planets and a couple of these planets have
different degrees of safe distances from Sun before they get combust, depending on the fact
whether they are in forward motion or in retrograde motion. For example, in forward motion,
Mercury becomes combust when it enters a distance of 14 degrees from Sun whereas in
retrograde motion, it becomes combust when it enters a distance of 12 degrees from Sun. Rahu
and Ketu never become combust by virtue of their closeness to Sun as they are shadow planets
and they dont have physical attributes like combustion. Before moving on with this discussion,
lets take a look at the distance from Sun after which, each one of these six planets becomes
combust.

Moon becomes combust when it comes within 12 degrees on either side of the Sun.
Mercury becomes combust when it comes within 14 degrees on either side of the Sun
provided Mercury is in forward Motion. When Mercury is in retrograde motion, the degree
of closeness for combustion of Mercury becomes 12 degrees.

Venus becomes combust when it comes within 10 degrees on either side of the Sun provided
Venus is in forward motion. When Venus is in retrograde motion, the degree of closeness
for combustion of Venus becomes 8 degrees.

Mars becomes combust when it comes within 17 degrees on either side of the Sun.

Jupiter becomes combust when it comes within 11 degrees on either side of the Sun.

Saturn becomes combust when it comes within 15 degrees on either side of the Sun.

Though there is no doubt that a planet which becomes combust may certainly lose some of its
strength, how much strength it may lose is dependent on many factors in a horoscope, and it is
not decided on the basis of combustion only. The first one among these factors is the distance
that a combust planet has travelled closer to the Sun. The closer a planet gets to the Sun after
entering a certain minimum distance, the more combust it gets. For example, if Sun is placed in
the sign of Leo at 20 degrees and Mercury is placed in the same sign at 10 degrees, though
Mercury is combust as it has entered the minimum required distance for its combustion to take
place, it still may not lose much power as it is not very close to Sun. However if Sun is placed in
the sign of Leo at 20 degrees and Mercury is placed in the same sign at 18 degrees, the
combustion of Mercury will be much stronger than the first case, as it has come much closer to
Sun, compared to the first case, as the distance between Sun and Mercury is 10 degrees in the
first case and the distance between Sun and Mercury is 2 degrees in the second case.

Similarly, if Sun is placed in the sign of Leo at 20 degrees and Mercury is also placed in the sign
of Leo at 20 degrees, the combustion of Mercury may become the strongest among all these
cases as Mercury has got as close to Sun, as it can. Taking a look at the second factor, the sign of
placement of a combust planet and Sun is a very important factor to be discussed, while
discussing the intensity of combustion of a planet in a horoscope. For example, if a combination
of Sun and Saturn is placed in the sign of Gemini and Saturn becomes combust by coming within
15 degrees of the Sun, it may be a regular type of combustion as both Sun and Saturn are
comfortable, or so to say strong in the sign of Gemini. However, if the same combination of Sun
and Saturn is placed in the sign of Aries and Saturn becomes combust, this combustion is likely
to be much stronger than the one that happens in the sign of Gemini.

This is due to the fact that Sun gets exalted in the sign of Aries and hence it gains maximum
strength in this sign, which means it has more power to burn any planet that comes closer to it.
On the other hand, Saturn becomes debilitated in the sign of Aries, which means it is already
weak and it may not be able to fight such combustion in a very good way and hence, more
weakness may be rendered to Saturn in this case. However if the same combination of debilitated
Sun and exalted Saturn is placed in the sign of Libra and Saturn becomes combust, the results
may be altogether different. Sun is debilitated in the sign of Libra and hence it may not be able to
burn out much strength of Saturn which on the other hand is very strong by virtue of being
exalted in the sign of Libra and hence it is more capable of fighting such combustion, rendered to
it by very weak Sun or so to say, debilitated Sun.

You see how the change in the sign of placement alone changes the intensity of combustion of a
planet to a great extent, even though it may be distanced from Sun by the same number of
degrees in different signs. Though there are no exact measures through which such things may be
factored in, but for the sake of convenience of readers, let me give you an approximate idea. The
intensity of combustion received by Saturn at 10 degrees from Sun in the sign of Aries may be
much stronger than the intensity of combustion received by Saturn at 5 degrees from Sun in the
sign of Libra. This is because, Sun doesnt have much strength in the sign of Libra and hence it
cant burn Saturn very much. At the same time, Saturn is the strongest in Libra and hence it can
fight the burning effect initiated by Sun in a much stronger way.

This situation is opposite in the sign of Aries where exalted Sun is the strongest and debilitated
Saturn is the weakest. Therefore such exalted Sun may burn such debilitated Saturn more form a
distance of 10 degrees in the sign of Aries, compared to the burning effect caused by debilitated
Sun to exalted Saturn in the sign of Libra at a distance of 5 degrees. Hence the sign of placement
of Sun as well as that of the planet to be burnt is an important factor and it should be considered
properly before predicting the amount of weakness received by a particular planet by virtue of
combustion.

And though it may not be possible to discuss all the other important factors involved in deciding
the amount of weakness rendered to a planet due to combustion, let me still discuss one of the
most important factors as well as the factor which is often ignored by many astrologers, while
assessing the intensity of combustion of a planet in a horoscope. This factor deals with the
working nature of Sun in a horoscope and it also deals with the working nature of the planet
which becomes combust due to its closeness to Sun. If in a horoscope, Sun is working positively,
it is likely to do far less damage to a planet in combination with it by means of combustion, than
the damage done by such Sun when it is working negatively in a horoscope.

It is important to understand that when a benefic planet becomes combust by benefic Sun in a
horoscope, there are two processes going on at the same time. The first process is the process of
combustion and the second process if the process through which two benefic planets interact
with each other in the same house as well as in the same sign. Hence they provide strength to
each other and they also complement each other in many other ways. Therefore, the combustion
of this planet is not as damaging in this case as it may be in some other cases, as this planet is
also receiving positive energy from Sun along with going through the process of combustion.

However if a benefic planet becomes combust by malefic Sun in a horoscope, the damage may
increase as in this case also, two processes are in effect at the same time. The first process is the
process of combustion and the second process is the one through which malefic Sun afflicts the
positive planet involved in this combination and it sends negative energy to such planet through
the process of affliction, apart from burning out some of its strength through the process of
combustion. The benefic planet at the receiving end will need to lose a part of its positive energy
in order to counteract such negative energy sent by Sun and in the process; this benefic planet
may lose more strength in the form of positive energy. Hence malefic Sun can burn a benefic
planet and it can also afflict it due to its malefic nature, which results in much more weakness
due to combustion as well as due to affliction.

Similarly there are many other factors which play important role in the process of combustion,
like the case when the combust planet is negative and the Sun is positive or the case when both
the combust planet and the Sun are negative. Similarly, the placement of Sun and combust planet
in particular nakshatras among the same signs may change these results and the placement of
other planets in the house of combination of Sun and combust planet as well as in some other
important houses of a horoscope can also affect the process of combustion in a positive or in a
negative way.

Hence all these important factors should be duly studied when assessing the amount of damage
done to a planet by virtue of combustion as these results may look the same in different
horoscopes, but they may be entirely different. For example, a combination of Sun and Mercury
in the sign of Gemini in one horoscope may result in combustion of Mercury, and Budhaditya
Yoga may be formed at the same time due to Sun and Mercury both being positive in the
horoscope. However in a different horoscope, the same combination of Sun and Mercury may
results in the formation of Pitra Dosh, as malefic Mercury may afflict the Sun in this case. In yet
another possible combination of Sun and Mercury placed in the sign of Gemini, malefic Sun may
cause serious damages to Mercury by virtue of combustion as well as by virtue of affliction
caused by it to Mercury.

ASTROLOGY IS A METAPHYSICAL SCIENCE

The purely physical is the astronomy and the math.

The meta, or beyond physical, is the mystical analysis.

Nothing can be done without first observing the sky to get the exact
placement of the planets in relation to their journey around the ecliptic. Each
13.20 of the ecliptic is a nakshatra or lunar sign. There are 28 ancient ones,
and 27 modern nakshatras. The planets have to be somewhere along that
circular path. Each of these nakshatras contains a cosmic energy that is
transmitted through its light rays. The interrelation of each and the stacking
of various patterns of light is what it takes to arrive at a pin pointed section
of earth where you were born. Vectoring in they are the ingredients that
come together to form your chart; your karmic code.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SOUL ENCODED IN LIGHT

But how much we really understand about the cosmos?

SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PLANET IS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE SUN?

This article deals with combustion.

When a planet is in the same line of the ecliptic of the Sun ..within 5
degrees.

THE SUN IS HOT AND CONSIDERED A MALEFIC

The Sun in the astrology chart is called ATMAKARAKA , which means indicator
of the SOUL of the chart.

The Sun is Hot or PITTA

The result is that the sun will burn anything that comes to close. ( Well in
these days of intense solar flares, the energy extends further.).

Mercury is the the planet that travels most closely with the Sun and the
highest chance of becoming combust.

WHAT IS COMBUST?

When a planet is within 5 degrees of the SUN.

WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS?

The integrity of the planet is compromised.

MERCURY COMBUST

Your communication talents and skills will need help in this lifetime. Your
timing is often completely off or inappropriately missing. Communication
skills need help. You may also be prone to accidents and possible clumsy
movement. This will define your karma and dharma in this lifetime.

VENUS COMBUST

Your love karma will challenge you. You may find your passion and
excitement for love may drive others away if the combination is fire for
example.

Venus combust in air could leave you lacking any real sex drive physically
and leave your brain and a good conversation as your main turn on.
MARS COMBUST

This is a rather dangerous combination.

Mars is a malefic like the Sun.

Mars is our aggression. This combination can result in an extreme imbalance

JUPITER COMBUST

This is an interesting combination.

Jupiter is the planet of expansion and luck.

Jupiter combust can take that away or at best make it erratic.

So , at first you may think you have a great Jupiter because it is in a good
sign and with its friends; but if it is combust it will give you a challenge.
Better to know what you are dealing with so you can take steps to manage
in your favour.

MOON COMBUST?

Not really.

When the Sun and Moon are close you are in a new moon. This has its own
specific energy. It is challenging to have your Moon or your Mind with your
Sun. This is called a dark moon and can result in a soul being very
challenged to find themselves.

NOTHING IS BAD

Please do not think this way.

As far as we know the ancient Pitris ( forefathers and mothers) did not have
computers; rather super high intellect and physic ability and relation with our
solar guardians.

They would look to the sky at the moment of birth of a baby and see that
they could need see Mercury because it was too close to the Sun.

Combustion is something that needs to be understood in the same manner as conjunction but
with slight variation. One need to focus that which planet is ahead of sun and which is behind
and more importance is to be given to the planet that is slow in nature. Just for example if Venus
or mercury is behind the sun then their qualities or positive attribute will cause a lack of it in the
person whereas if they are ahead of it then it means they are now out of it or at least is much
better state where sun will make the qualities of these planets shine.

Now coming to the planets like Saturn and Jupiter which are very slow in comparison to sun
while completing a transit in one sign. Now if Jupiter is having less degrees than sun then the
impact of combustion will be less felt, the reason is that the sun will move through that sign at a
much faster pace because of which the distance between their longitudes will keep on increasing
and native will the impact of Jupiter more than sun because Jupiter is moving very slowly and
will be staying in it for longer period of time.
 Problem actually comes with Saturn and sun. Saturn is a cold planet where as sun is a hot planet.
Drastic results can be observed in such cases as these two planets will come to such position at
least two times in that same sign. But just like Jupiter, if Saturn has less degrees it is beneficial
and if Saturn is bit ahead then person might have some great tension with people who are elder
than him or his paternal uncle.

Surely this is not a fool proof way of understanding a conjunction but as per my experience I
found it working well. People can have completely opposite views than mine which is
completely fine because one crucial thing that will get ignored is the nakshatra which is a key for
successful prediction. Of still you feel stick with nakshataras it's better to go for d-60 chart and
take moon as lagna.

It depends on which planet do Combust. Mostly planets that joins with sun in their own or
Mooltrikona houses will not much be affected by sun. The reason is because they were the
depositor of sun.. sun shares the home with them, they being the owner of the house.

In planets, mostly mercury will not get more combust when joined with sun. Mars being a fiery
planet the combustion will not affect the nature of the planet. but in women this causes dosha.

if a planet is inimical to sun, then it has to win war to be less combust. to win war it should
have more shadbala than Sun. otherwise it will lose its energy with sun in the war
