Terms and Conditions of Enrolment
Rule and Regulations on Payment of Fees

1. Fees must be paid no later than 7th of each month. Failure of which, a fine of RM 1 per day will be
imposed.
2. Fees are not refundable/ transferable or brought forward to the following month.
3. Fees must be paid in full upon registration.
4. The principal reserves the right to exclude from class any student whose fees remain outstanding
after the due date.
5. Absence from class for whatever reason including sickness, does not automatically lead to a refund
of fees, nor can the centre be expected to provide extra lessons without charge to compensate for
such absences.
6. Students are responsible for their own safety and are jointly or individually liable for any damage
caused by them to the premises.
7. Please note that information (including personal information) that you provide to, or which is
already held by the tuition centre may be passed on to our insurer and other related parties for
servicing insurance schemes, administering claims and other educational purposes.
8. The principal reserves the right to publish students examination results. Students must advise the
Principal in writing if they do not wish their results to be included.

Discipline and Manners

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the centre.

2. Students who appear under influence of alcohol will not allow attending class.
3. Any student who, in the opinion of the Principal appears to be under the influence of illegal drugs
or who have brought illegal drugs into the centre will be immediately expelled.
4. We treat our students as young adults and expect a friendly, courteous, and hardworking
atmosphere to prevail. Continued disruption may lead to suspension or expulsion from the centre,
including behaviour or attitudes that are deemed unaccepted such as bullying, vandalising,
extortion, fights, brawls, rudeness to other students and teachers or any form of prejudice or
racism.
