full-time. Assisted all departments at Beyond Spots & Dots, a growing advertising agency, working specifically in
media planning and buying and working with a variety of clients.
Prepared client campaign reports and tracking, including annual campaign recap reports, monthly
digital reporting, and more.
Organized media schedules, tracked media purchases, and created post-analysis reports

Special Events Intern-Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy May 2015-May 2016
Year-long special events internship with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy working specifically with planning,
executing and tracking of the 2016 Hat Luncheon. Also worked with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy
development department on various fundraising events throughout the year, including efforts for the Frick
Environmental Center
Assisted with the planning of various events, specifically the 2016 PNC Spring Hat Luncheon, an annual
fundraiser that generates more than $500,000 in donations each year and provides the organization
with a majority of their operating funds.

Tracked donations, communications, ticket sales and more through Raisers Edge.
Coordinated communication with high-level donors.
Created donor solicitation forms, sponsorship forms, and sponsor thank you letters.
