Introduction:
This report is based on the distribution channels of LG products
from head office to Madanapalle. This shows the wide distribution areas of LG
products where the customer prefers the life time quality of the products that
they offer. Now we can briefly discuss about the overview and distribution of
LG.

Overview of LG:

The overview of LG is as follows:

LG being the market leader of all the multinational


companies as it offers quality products to the customers.
The various different products involved in LG is:
Televisions, Microwave Ovens, Washing machines, Air
conditioners.
LG is based on high imports.
This company has many competitions from local
companies to multinational companies.
The products prices are fixed based on the customer
preferences with sensitive prices.
This company offers new ideas and new varieties in the
case of marketing.
They have efficient manufacturers with reduction of
costs.
There is a high level of distribution in local market
areas.
It has wide distribution network.
They have various promotional strategies like
advertising and sales related activities.
They have fast and open communication networks.
LG is a first company to enter into cricket as sponsors in
1999 and 2003 World Cup Match.
They have huge varieties of differentiated products.
There is a regional distribution channel in LG Company.
Many business partners are involved in contribution of
LG.
Focuses more on seasonal advertising and sales
promotion.
There is a tremendous growth in the sales strategy of LG
Company.
They satisfies customer with their quality and gives
assurance to their products with high cost strategy.

then to depot where the products are separated and distributed to various areas.
Then it reaches to Vijayawada where there will be the agents of LG Company
will distribute the products to other places in Andhra Pradesh, then the stock are
kept in a place and stored in warehouse then it is supplied to Tirupati Company
and then to Madanapalle (Devatha Digitals Showroom). Then finally it reaches
to consumers.

Conclusion:
Thus, this is the distribution channel of LG from Head office to
Madanapalle. Hence, LG has wide variety of market localities all over the
World.
