Narrative Report

Experience:

Having my On the Job Training in DENR PENRO- Albay is quite challenging.

Because you need to know the responsibilities behind their work, know about the
different kind of task and cooperate with them to other activities behind their job.
As a trainee, I am not familiar their work is, I commit mistake, YES. but it is not a
deal to quit, instead I learned so much and apply my other skill as a trainee.

The experiences that i experience in PENRO ALBAY is always in my heart. Not

because it is required in the school but because of the knowledge, skills and
determination of work that i learned and how people do their task as individual.
Making myself busy in the entire 400 hours are stressfull but i enjoyed it. I
experience how people treated me in a good way.

In my 400 hours iside the office, i feel accomplished and i feel that i worked in
the real world. And happy at the same time because of those knowledge that the
employees given me and the responsibility of every task that will always have an
importance.
