little I actually eat. I feel that I already eat enough throughout the day but
this data shows that Im wrong. I am under the average calorie intakes. What
I also notice is that I tend to eat less when Im at school which is Monday and
Wednesdays. I have class the whole day from 7am to 9pm. I dont have much
time to eat a full meal because I have classes back to back. And that the
days I dont have school I eat more, so Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
are the days I eat the most. I saved one day, which is Saturday for me to eat
rice. Cooking at home is a lot healthier than eating out because its less
sodium.
What Ive learned from this project is that this projects breaks down of
all the food and calories that goes into my body. It makes me realize why I
cannot gain weight no matter what I eat. It is because I dont eat enough
even though I feel that I do. Eating healthy is very important because it
maintains your health in every aspect of life. It lowers risks from many
diseases such as heart diseases. This project made me to choose food more
wisely after seeing all the unhealthy food I feed my body. I learned that it is
very important to be healthy physically and mentally. Fitness also plays a big
role health.
One of my goal is to drink more water rather than green tea or coffee. I
tend to drink caffeinated drinks everyday. Not only that, I feel that I should
definitely cut back on fructose drinks such as soda and boba milk teas. Its
hard to resist not to drink those because I need sugar to keep me awake
throughout the day. Another goal is to take time to exercise during the week
no matter how busy or tired I am. That way, it can give me more energy
throughout the day. And last goal, I want to gain a little bit of weight. By that,
I would have to eat a little more food each meal. Not necessarily fast food,
but eat a bigger portion or at least eat breakfast. I notice that I dont eat
breakfast on the days I dont have school. Which I sleep in, and skips
breakfast.
