BBS SEMI CUT-OVER CHECKLIST

1.0 BBS Backoffice Desktop/PC Setup for SSH and SSO PCs
Do not dismantle the OLD SSH PC and OLD SSO
1.1 Locate the BBS SSH PC (if no BBS SSH PC, locate BBS SSO PC)

IF NOT MOUNTED, Permanently MOUNT the CPU of BBS SSH at the back of the monitor and secure cable lock, label the keys and

Check if Epson PLQ-20 Passbook Printer is connected to BBS SSH PC, if not, connect the Epson PLQ-20 Passbook Printer via USB

Open Internet explorer, then go to Download site: 172.22.3.6/bbsinstaller, then click BBS Installers

Download the following installers:

BACKOFFICE_4722 driver remover.BAT


TELLER_PR2 PRINTER REMOVER.bat
CSDI UPDATER for oABC.exe
MT Transfer

After download, Insert USB
Go to Downloads folder
Copy the following installers to USB:

BACKOFFICE_4722 driver remover.BAT


TELLER_PR2 PRINTER REMOVER.bat

Note: Ask for Branch USB

Update Printer Driver of BBS SSH PC

1.13 After updating Printer Driver, proceed to Step 1.14


Locate CSDI icon in the taskbar near date and time

Right-click CSDI icon and click About CSDI

Dialog box will prompt indicating the CSDI version

Update CSDI of BBS SSH PC

Login to PNB01 (make sure to log-out from clientservice) and then proceed to Step 1.20
Click on Other User

Insert USB and Reinstall the following Back Office Applications:

PCHC
MOBIUS (Note: Install both IEMSETUP.exe and MFMSETUP.exe)

BBI (http://bbi.pnbcorp.ph:3600/core) - Add URL to Favorites Tab in Internet Explorer

After installation of Back Office Applications, Check BBS URL Do this only to the PC where Epson Passbook

Open Notepad, type TEST PRINT

2.0 BBS Backoffice Desktop/PC Setup for BM, NAC and BOA (if available) PCs
Box for BM is labeled as BM, box for New Accounts
(NAC) is labeled as NAC (or NAC1, NAC2 if

3. Mouse
4. LAN cable (Use LAN cable from Old BM PC)
5. Power Adaptor

3.0 BBS Teller PC Setup


Box for Teller 1 is labeled as TLR 1, box for Teller 2
3.1 Locate the box of the BBS Teller 1 PC is labeled as TLR2 (Teller 3 - TLR3, Teller 4 -
TLR4, etc)
3.2 Unpack the PC and accessories (CPU, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse & Cable lock)
Do not dismantle the OLD Teller PC
3.3 Setup the BBS Teller 1 PC beside the Old Teller 1 PC New Teller 2 PC will be setup beside OLD Teller 2
PC.. (Teller 3, Teller 4, etc)
Permanently MOUNT the CPU of BBS Teller 1 at the back of the monitor and secure cable lock, label the keys and surrender to officer

Disconnect Serial Cable from Old Teller 1 PC:

Note: TURN OFF POWER of Olivetti Printer


Use Small Flat Screw Driver

Connect all peripherals and accessories to the PC by following the sequence below:
1. Monitor

3. Mouse
4. LAN cable (Use LAN cable from Old Teller 1 PC)
5. PS2 Cable Converter
6. Serial Cable
7. Power Adaptor

Update Printer Driver of BBS Teller 1 PC

3.13 After updating Printer Driver, proceed to Step 3.14

DO THIS TO ALL TELLER PCs with OLIVETTI PRINTER


Open Notepad, type TEST PRINT

Then, press Station1 button to print

After successful printing, do the following:


Shutdown BBS Teller 1 PC
Turn OFF Olivetti Passbook Printer

Return LAN Cable to Old Teller 1 PC
Remove Serial cable from BBS Teller 1 PC and return to Old Teller 1 PC
BRANCH TO TEST CT/2 Connection

Locate the box of the BBS Teller 2 PC Repeat this procedure if there are more than two (2)

Repeat Steps 3.2 to 3.17 Teller PC

NOTE: DO NOT DISMANTLE OLD PCs
