Mission Statement: To present a festival to the Phoenix
culture by showcasing our
food, music, and hospitality with the goal of increasing the
community knowledge, participation, and appreciation of our
heritage and faith while keeping it fun and affordable.

Provides samples of the Ad book final
design to the Chairs and Sponsorship
Committees
Reviews the final version of the Ad book
with the Chairs and Sponsorship
Committees before final edits
Works with the Printer company on
pricing and printing of the Ad book.
Acceptance of the Ad Books printed from
the Printer Company before releasing
the funds.
Raffle Makes sure all regulations with the state
