COURSE FLOW

The EFQM Assessor Training will provide you with theoreJcal and pracJcal in-depth experience of assessing
an organisaJon with the EFQM Excellence Model.To achieve this, the course uses a case study close to a real
submission document to simulate real-life assessing condiJons for the group exercises.

During day-1 you will be introduced to the EFQM Excellence Model, its components and assessment tools
before being challenged through team work sessions to put your new knowledge into pracJce and maximise
your learning.

Day-2 will focus on pracJce and passing onto you expert knowledge from your trainer on: understanding the
organisaJons context and its most relevant aspects; site visit planning; - Site visit interviews and the RADAR
scoring
Preparing and presentaJon feedback.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

The EFQM Assessor Training is created for those wishing to develop essenJal assessor skills and be able to
perform self-assessment, internal assessment, peer assessment of other organisaJons or becoming assessor
in the EFQM Commiced to Excellence recogniJon programme.

This course is an important step on the learning curve of becoming an expert EFQM assessor.

Cancella'on Policies
If you are unable to acend the course, you may send a subsJtute at least 15 working days before the course
with no addiJonal charge. You must noJfy such changes to us as soon as possible.
If you have to cancel your registraJon, please advise us in wriJng at least 15 working days before the course.
ThereaOer, a cancellaJon charge of 80% is applicable. Postponements due to visa problems, will also incur a
80% cancellaJon fee.
If the homework package has already been sent at the moment of your cancellaJon, the cost of the package
including shipment and VAT will be invoiced (EFQM Member : 107.60 Euros - non-member: 134.50 Euros +
mailing cost and VAT).
You may postpone your acendance one Jme only, but we require 15 working days noJce, a 40% cancellaJon
fee will be applied. If you can not meet this noJce period, we will apply the 80% cancellaJon policy.
If sucient parJcipaJon is not achieved, the EFQM reserves the right to cancel the course.
