01. Responsibilities : Responsible to assure the quality of product and to develop, implement and
maintain quality criteria and quality system related operation are consistent with
regulatory requirement. Maintain all Document and other necessary papers.
Handling release, rejection and quarantine of the product and assure the equality
of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Intermediate Product and Finished
Products.
02. Specific Tasks : Handling all Document and other necessary papers.
Maintain In process control of all products.
Preparation of SOP
Handling release, rejection and quarantine of products.
To perform Validation and Calibration.
Collection Retention sample.
Maintain Archive of all Documents.
Maintain all QA related Log Books.
To ensure cleanness of all area of the factory.
Maintain sampling all stage of the products.
To ensure proper dispensing for all products.
Handling change control and deviation.

03. Documentation : To keep of all documents QA properly

04. Reporting : To report to top management regularly
05. Communication : Regular communication with top management and QC, Warehouse and
Production personnel.
Must attend and actively participate weekly/monthly/periodic meetings.
Frequent, open, informing and consulting.
Fast response to request and in case of problem.
06.And responsible to do any other job assigned By Top Management of the Company.
