Presently working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, however earlier joined SSH in December
2010 as Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing and reviewing the contractor submittals
of quantity take-off and monthly interim progress payment.

I have more than 22 years of experience working with major construction company of Kuwait
as Kuwait Dynamics, KCPC, Amana United and Burhan International as Quantity Surveyor. I
worked on IBIS Hotel, International Hospital, Universal Tower and Al Corniche Club in Kuwait.
I have working experience in Pakistan, Afghanistan and UAE.

I graduated from College of Estate Management UK in 2015 with a BSc(Hons) Quantity

Surveying.

2010 - Till date Manage contractors submittals of payment application and review updated progress of work,
Quantity take off from contract drawings and establish a comparison with as build drawings,
Preparation of variation orders according to project requirements.

Bid Pack 5A & 5B: Works including Road, Site Utilities, Substations, Surface Parking,
Landscaping and Oasis Works for Sabah Al Salem University City, Kuwait University.

Liaise closely with the Resident Engineer reporting on progress and raising issues
causing the potential variation to contract. Carrying Quantity out take-off of any design
change having financial impact of project and submit to the Client for their review and
approvals. Prepare payment certificates and cost reports of progress of works. Monitor
and control cash outflow ensuring within project budget. Prepare monthly Interim
valuation, variation order and agree with the Client.

Bid Pack 3A: Works including Central Utility Plants, Ancillary Building, District Cooling chilled
water Network and 11 KV Network to College Buildings for Sabah Al Salem University City,
Kuwait University.

Directly reports to the Resident Engineer. Performed post contract quantity take-off, bar
bending schedule, subcontract and suppliers payment certificates, variation orders.
Improvised existing spreadsheet forms which has resulted to significant decrease of
time in quantification and bar bending schedule process.

Bid Pack 1: works includes the construction, and maintenance of the excavation and
temporary works for the Infrastructure and Landscaping Works for the New University City,
Kuwait University.

Directly reports to the Resident Engineer. Prepare remeasure quantity take-off sheet.
Review the contractor monthly progress interim payment and issue the certificate to
 client. Prepare and evaluate the variation orders. Compare the shop drawings with
contract drawing and point out if the work is materially affected. Review the contractor
Engineering and Procurement logs.

Provide a high level of assistance and support to Senior Quantity Surveyor conducting pre and
 post contract measurements. Gain practical experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying
including preparing bills of quantities, creating schedules of work and producing bids. Compare

overhead bridges, under passes, Box culverts and 4- Lines Tunnel.

Supervision of the construction works starting with site surveying works, different type of pile
foundations (load bearing and friction piles), construction of concrete elements of bridges, box
culverts and underpass and steel skeletons of steel foot bridges. Supervision of performing pile
load testing with static load and crown dynamic pressure method. Preparing all task schedules
of the project according to planned program.

Chasma Right Bank Canal Irrigation Project (CRBC-3), Pakistan: of Cross Regulator, V.R
bridges and Super passages concrete structures.

In charge of construction supervision of Cross Regulator, V.R bridges and Super passages
concrete structures. Supervised the construction of Officer Residential Colony which includes
special/different kind of painting for the external building walls (weather proof) and for internal
walls using anti fungus materials for special environments. Supervised the execution of
different types of flooring.

UCH Power Plant Dera Murad Jamali, Pakistan: 650 MW Hydro-Thermal Power Plant

Supervision of main plant pile foundation, utility tunnel, and raw water storage area and
treatment plant. Supervision of the construction works starting with site surveying works,
different type of pile foundations (load bearing and friction piles), pile load test and stressing of
beams.

work. Follow up bar bending schedule and maintain the sequence of activity. Prepare the
take-off sheets of quantity based on look ahead programme.
