1. Reference: V.I. from J/CSUPT SERAFIN P BARRETO, JR CESO IV,

OIC, BJMP during RDs conference at BJMPNHQ on 08 August 2016.

2. In line with President Dutertes platform of governance against the

proliferation of drugs, all Wardens are hereby directed to adhere the
Presidents campaign by hanging ( 6X3ft ) in size tarpaulin GIYERA
CONTRA DROGA at your respective jail stations effective immediately.
Tarpaulin Layout is hereto attached.

3. Submit compliance to this Regional Office through our email:

bjmp9_operations@yahoo.com (ATTN: OIC, Operations Division) NLT 18
August 2016 with pictorials of activity undertaken for our consolidation
prior submission to the National Headquarters, BJMP.
