STZSZ-1 Four-blade Vane Shear Testing Apparatus

IApplication
This apparatus is of simple structure, light weight and easy to move, so it is very
convenient for difficult-traffic district. It can do four-blade vane shear test when it
match with the frame.
In the according depth, drop a four-blade vane head into the soft-soil. Rotate the
vane head to determine the torsional force of the soil to gain the anti-shear
strength.

II Operation Step:
1. Fix the frame on the suitable place and drop the four-feet into the ground.
2. Loose the clamp device on the transmission box.
3. Drop the penetration rod into the up-surface.
4. Connect the plug and the socket.
5. Calibrate the instrument and zeroing.
6. Press the vane head to the required depth.
7. Clamp the penetration rod tightly by the clamping device,
8. Rotate the handle of the transmission box..
9. Rotate the handle by the even speed.
10. Rotate the vane head fast 3 to 6 rounds.
11. Repeat the above steps if need to do test again.
12. Clean the penetration rod and vane head after finish the test.

I. Application
CL200 digital dynamometer is a kind of stress measuring apparatus, can do
in-situ test of geological structure such as civil construction, bridge and so on.
Use relevant sensor, can measuring tension, pull, gravitation and other physical

IV. Operation
1. Turn on the power source, press correction button, adjust correction
potentiometer, and make the display data according with probe coefficient.
2. Find out bridge legs from probe, which marked ABCD, such as AB is one
group, CD is another group, contact probe lead AB with measuring apparatus AB
(supply to bridge voltage), contact probe CD with measuring apparatus CD

(signal). Press measuring apparatus test I button, adjust balance potentiometer

when probe no subjected to force, make digitron alternation display -0 and 0.
3. Press correction button, correction potentiometer and probe coefficient.
