Reflection

This representation identifies my Critical Thinking skills and the Communication skills for
workplace ready.
My artifact is a Meeting Minutes report completed for my Documents 2 Class.
The experiences gained in creating this document demonstrate that I have developed
excellent Critical Thinking skills. The other EES skills that are reflected in this artifact is
communication skills. The minute had to be written in clear concise
The document was created in document 2 class. On 3 March as part of how to write a
report. It was to reinforce what I had learned in drafting a professional report during
business meetings. It was a mock meeting and how to take minutes during such
occasions.
This is exhibited by a relevant document, which supports my Critical thinking skills.
I chose this artifact as evidence of my Critical skills because; I had to write an accurate
account of what was said during the meeting. It was imperative that all that was said
during the meeting was recorded in the exact content for future actions if needed.
The minutes were excellently written, and all the relevant information was recorded.
During the meeting, the challenge I had to face was making mental notes whiles the
discussion was going on.I had to stay focused on what was being said, and report it as
accurate as I could

The mock meeting was a great experience. Though it was to pretend, I learned the
importance of taking notes should the need arise for my future career. I am confident
that in the future I will be able to apply this whenever the need arise.
