Dear Sir:

The undersigned is the authorized representative of MINEHEART C. MAGALLANES

for a Condo Unit in The Loop at Limketkai Center which he purchased in installment basis
from your good office.

At the time he purchased the condo unit, my brother is highly capable as an

Overseas Filipino Worker to make good with his monthly instalment payments. However,
series of unfortunate events drastically changed his financial capacity which constrains
him cancel the purchase of the condominium unit.

On April 7, 2015, our mother-BERNARDA CERVANTES MAGALLANES at eighty two

(82) years of age suffered illness with a very critical condition, had undergone thorough
medication and my brother handled inflated medical bills for the hospitalization including
her maintenance medicines.

It was then my brother had not yet financially recovered from the medical
condition of our mother, on June 6, 2015 his beloved wife gave birth prematurely to their
first baby through emergency caesarean delivery.

Their was a successful delivery of the baby but in a very critical condition until
last July 19, 2015 we lost her, specially his wife still grieving over the loss of their little
angel.

It is in relation to these series of events that I am now formally sending this letter
to support the appeal of my brother to your compassion and for humanitarian reasons to
allow him to CANCEL the purchase of the above-mentioned Condo Unit at The Loop,
Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City.
My brother being the sole bread winner of the family is in dire need of additional
money for the expenses for recovery specially that our family has suffered too much loss
by the death of our little angel. The cancellation of the purchase of the Condominium
Unit will pave way to the REFUND of his six (6) monthly instalments paid to your office.
This refund will go a long way for several unpaid bills of all this medical problem of our
family.

To reiterate, I humbly request that the purchase of the condominium unit be

CANCELLED and that the payments he made be refunded.

It is my utmost prayer that you give this letter your favourable action.
