Bethlehem University expects its students to attend classes on a regular basis. The maximum number of
absence which a student can have and still continue in the course is the number of times that a class meets in
a two week period.
Examples:
If a three-credit hour class meets three times each week the maximum number of absences is six. If
class meets twice a week, maximum number is four.
If a one hour class meets once per week the maximum number of absences is two.
If two-credit hour course for in-service teachers meets for one two-hour session per week, the
maximum number of absence permitted is two, that is two two-hour classes.

Because the maximum number of absences has been exceeded:
a. You are not be permitted to take the Final Examination.
b. You will receive a grade of WF for the course.
