Racism and discrimination have been claimed to be the worlds basic

predicament that leads to other sub-problems. It is peoples belief that they are

superior by their race. Because of hatred and fear that are caused by racism and

discrimination, it leads to many worlds main problem such as wars and

economic problems. Accordingly, there were two events that directly showed

this problem, which were black people and Jewish-against in Germany. These

events might specifically occur in a small areas, but it led to many big problems

such as war between countries, genocides, and well-known colonization. Our

organization has been settled many legislation against racism and discrimination

such as 1963 declaration, the elimination of All Forms of Racial

Discrimination, and we have been developing other forms too, (OHCHR,

2012). First of all, lets move on to our failures in the past. We were unable to

avoid skin-colored predicaments in western countries and also Africa.

Moreover, during the World War II, there was a Jewish genocide caused by

Adolph Hitler. What we failed was not unable to stop the killing, but we failed

in a systematic of a legislation. According to the 8 Steps of Genocide, the final

step is Denial, which everyone who participated in genocide are denying and

blocking the investigation of the crimes, (Stanson, 1996). These were our

biggest failures in the past in order to deal with racism and discrimination. In

addition, we have settled a big conference against discrimination called The

Durban Declaration and Program of Action, which our biggest achievement was

in 2009 that the anti-racism agenda has been renewed (UN corps, 2009). This

must be considered because it can lead to many sub-predicaments such as

poverty, minor education, rate of death increases, and etc.

Our considerable issue is racism and discrimination, which our

organization has been dealing since the establishment of our organization in

order to suppress the idea of discrimination because it is a problem that occur in

every countries. Racism does not mean just skin-color, but it also relates to

nationalities, religions, genders, and etc. We have to manage this problem

properly to avoid any sub-problems that is going to happen. According to the

UNs policy in regarding racism, we have several strategies to deal with this

problem legally. Relating to our policy, first of all, we support the activities of

the Committee on The Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) that

against every forms of racial discrimination internationally, (OHCHR, 2012).

Next, we

also support the Independent Expert on Minority Issues. These are the examples

of our activities that is related to our policy. We have our own legislation that

we have settled since 1963 that we declare the elimination of All Forms of

Racial Discrimination. We fully support our policies because our organization is

working to manage the worlds problem. Racism and discrimination are not a

problem that can be seen in just few places, but it is a destructive problem that

happen in everywhere. Nowadays, in many areas in our world are discussing

and participating on this problem such as The Cairo Institute for Human Right

Studies (CIHRS) and other countries that urging anti-racism is in concerned,

(Smith. J, 2009).

In order to achieve our goal in suppressing racism and discrimination, we

have done many processes and settled many legislations. There are several

strategies that our organization concludes that all of it are the best strategies to

fight racism and discrimination. First of all, widely we will promote any sources

of propagandas on the internet especially the cyber social. Furthermore, the next

strategy is mobilizing the opinions of the leader and a person who has political

decisions. The feasibility of this strategy is in the rate of agreement because

according to the first strategy, we could spread the ideas of anti-racism, (Al-

Nashif, 2015). Finally, the most significant factor that will achieve our goal is

setting the educational approaches. This will base on the students because we

focus on how people think they are superior by their races. We will cultivate the

idea of anti-racism and discrimination in order to decrease the rate of

discrimination, (UNESCO, 2003). All of these strategies are claimed to be the

basic of the worlds relevant problems that are caused by racism and

discrimination. Therefore, we hope that every stages of people will recognize

our will to reduce discrimination, and hopefully many institutions including

house participate on our process, (Abderrahmane, 2015).
