To Whom It May Concern:

I have been a customer at Nova Technology Store for the past 4 years
Now. I enjoy the cheap prices and the good quality of the technology at your store.

On Friday, March-17-2017 ,I had purchased a used smart phone for my sons birthday
There were some issues with the device. First off, the came without a battery the
employee that helped me with my purchased clearly stated that the device came with a
Battery. So I had to drive out to the Best Buy nearest to my house to phone battery.
Then when I had turned on the device it needed a pin number to unlock the device.

This incident does not speak poorly about your store. Its just one incident and your
stores service is great. I hope to be a customer at your store in the future.
