Sub.: Inflated wrong Billing

With further reference to my letter dated 16.11.2015, I


regret to state that despite my said complaint, I have not had
any response from you in this regard. I am further aggrieved to
inform you that you have not even deputed your representative
to check my Electric Meter. To add to my woes, I have now
received your further Bill for the month of November 2015 for
the period from 15.10.2015 to 17.11.2015 for a further grossly
inflated amount of Rs. 13,460.00.

Though I am making the payment of the current bill under


protest, I must once again reiterate in the strongest terms that
your bills do not at all match the actual consumption of
electricity from my end. There is either a problem with the Meter
or the Meter seems to be tampered or there is some issue with
the calculation of the bills. I have already brought to your
attention that the Bill amount which used to be between Rs.
3,500/- to Rs. 4,500/- on an average has suddenly from July
2015 more than doubled, when the appliances, usage and
consumption are less than what used to be earlier and now, in
the current bill under reference, the bill amount has in fact
tripled.

I am enclosing herewith my electricity bill for the month of


November 2015 for your perusal and necessary action. I request
you to kindly look into the same and take remedial, corrective
action urgently.
