AFFIDAVIT: DECLARATION OF DOMICILE

I, Basadar Qadar-Shar®, do hereby certify and declare that I am a spiritually bo
rn Sovereign citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven, a spiritual being, a living breat
hing soul. Pursuant to, Genesis: 2:7, John: 3:5-7, I Peter: 2: 5, I Corinthians:
2: 15 KJV Holy Bible. I am an Ambassador for King YHWHSHI (The Christ) to all n
ations, pursuant to Matthew 28:19 and II Corinthians: 5:20, Holy Bible(KJV);
I am NOT subject to the statutory, colorable law jurisdiction of the Federal Uni
ted States in the corporate monopoly of the Federal, State, Local and Municipal
Governments pursuant to Exodus 20:1,2, Matthew 6:24, Colossians: 2:8,15, IICorin
thians 6:14-17, Galatians: 5:18, Holy Bible(KJV). I have NOT voluntarily or inte
ntionally waived, with ANY “knowingly intelligent acts” ANY of my unalienable ri
ghts, and have utterly NO intention of doing so in the Future.
I am a Citizen of the Household of YHWH (God), pursuant to Ephesians: 2: 19 of t
he KJV- Holy Bible, NOT a Federal, corporate "United States citizen" or "residen
t-alien" of the District of Columbia.
I am domiciled in the Kingdom of YHWH (God) pursuant to Psalm: 22: 28, Leviticus
: 25:23, Psalms: 39:12, Holy Bible (KJV) a "non-resident alien" in accord with 2
6 USC 7701(b)(1)(B), a Sovereign Citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven. The Kingdom o
f Heaven is a Foreign Government pursuant to Isaiah: 9:6,7, 13:5, Amos 3:1,2, Ma
tthew: 25:14, I Corinthians 12:28, Holy Bible (KJV).
I, Basadar Qadar-Shar®, am also declaring “Sui Juris” status in connection with
both my property and name. If ANY agency of the government disputes the above de
claration of “Sui Juris” in connection with the “name” affirmed and sealed in th
is affidavit, I demand a certified copy with my signed authorization of all docu
ments or contracts being “held-in-due-course,” that create ANY legal disability
to the claimed “Sui Juris” status and “Alieni Juris” relating to my “name.”
“One’s “name” is one’s property, and for one’s “name” to enjoy “Sui Juris” statu
s, that “name” must be free of legal disability resulting from a contract or com
mercial agreement, which is being “held-in- due-course” by a fellow citizen or b
y any agency of the Federal, State, County or Municipal Government.”
I, Basadar Qadar-Shar®, have exercised and now do exercise the REMEDY of law whe
reby I may preserve my Common law right NOT to be bound by any contract, commerc
ial agreement or bankruptcy action of the Federal United States Government, whic
h I have not entered into knowingly, willingly and voluntarily. This explicit RE
SERVATION OF RIGHTS serves as a NOTICE upon ALL administrative agencies of Gover
nment, Federal, State and Local, that I will NOT accept the liability associated
with the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement.
If I have received any benefits, privileges or titles of nobility (e.g. "immigra
nt", "resident-alien", "taxpayer") from any branch of the government in the past
they were “received” under PROTEST, or under Threat, Duress and Coercion (TDC).
Pursuant to Exodus 20:16, Holy Bible (KJV) and executed “without the United Stat
es”, I affirm that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my belief an
d informed knowledge.

th EXPLICIT RESERVATION OF ALL MY UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, WITHOUT PREDJUDICE to any
of those rights.
