01 Check that all of the material conform to the specifications.
02 Check the pipework installation comform to the specifications, Isometric drawings and P&ID's
03 Check the installation of all pipe supports are as per specifications and drawings. Also
springs have shipping-stops fitted and the piping sits onits supports.
04 Check the location of the pipe anchors.
05 Check the alignment of the pipe guides.
06 Check Value shall be remove
07 Check if pickling/chemical cleaning already done
08 Check the valve are correctly lubricated and they have the correct spindle packing.
09 Check there is a suitable access, both to operate and to maintain valves.
10 Check that the pipework does not in any way load and stress the equipment it is serving.
11 Check the pipe flanges are mounted square to each other. Also the bolting and gaskets are
correct.
12 Check that all the bolts and fasteners are suitable lubricated.
13 Check the Blind list.
14 Produce a defects lists for issue in the Punch List.

Note: Tick all check item under OK - Satisfactory; N/A - Not Applicable; Punch items(s) are to be PL.
