WORK EXPERIENCE

Wade Automotive Sales / Customer Service Representative

August 2016 to Present

I am currently responsible for all online sales at Wade Automotive.

I ensure that our ratings and customer experience through our eBay,
Amazon, and company websites are kept to the highest possible
standard. I have been working closely with management staff to further
understand the companys business plan so that we can expand our
customer demographic. I oversee our cooperation with our business
partners to ensure a fluid line of communication between our
operations.

In The Event Warehouse Technician May 2016 to September

2016

I started with an entry level position in the warehouse building the

companies custom products, and helping set up events. I was brought
onboard with understanding that I would be the one to expand their
Latin marketplace. In order to further understand the company I am
starting in their warehouse. I have since been made aware that the
company is not currently in a position to expand their latin clientele, as
such I am now on call to ensure events run smoothly.
LDS Minister Buenos Aires, Argentina July 2015 to May 2016

I lived in Argentina for 10 months performing religious services.

While in Argentina I became fluent in Spanish and my duties included:
safety, well being, and productivity of other missionaries. I was expected
to create lasting relationships with those around me, this was to ensure a
strong bond between newcomers and existing members.

In n Out Assistant Manager June 2010 to June 2015

I started as a cashier and quickly moved to running shifts and

coordinating with management staff. Because of my performance I was
trusted to take on many responsibilities including the training of
upcoming associates. The company gave me many opportunities to excel
and learn, one of which was working closely with the operator, who
taught me what is expected of a great employee and how to exceed that
expectation. While I was working at In n Out I learned how to work
quickly and effectively under high amounts of stress, and ensure
customers a quality experience. In order to create the environment the
company demanded as well as provide a product that reached our
standards, my problem solving skills were imperative.

Ryans Diamonds Sales Associate and Jewelry Technician

August 2014 to July 2015

I was hired on as a substitute for the new store that was opening. I
quickly learned what was needed of me wanted to know more, it was
then that I was hired on full time as a technician. I was able to learn a
great deal about the industry and became a valuable asset to my
employer. I have since returned to Ryans Diamonds as it provides an
environment in which I can earn money, and complete excess homework
as permitted by my employer.

Christensens Tire Factory Assistant Technician May 2013 to

November 2014
I was hired on to manage a specific project at the shop, but in my
down time I enjoyed picking up a wrench and learning what I could
from the technicians. I ended up working in every phase of the operation
in order to allow people time off and keep business flowing smoothly.
Because of my background in customer service I was able to boost
revenue and expand our market. As a full service shop the lines between
job titles was very transparent, this allowed a great relationship with both
employer and customers.
