2010 Central Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps

Rebate Application (beginning April 1, 2010.)

USE FOR CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT PUMPS
As of April 1, 2010, rebates are available for CPS Energy Residential and Small Commercial Customers to install central air
conditioning with 15 SEER and 12.0 EER rating. Heat pumps will require a 15 SEER, 12.0 EER and HSPF of 8.2 rating.

• Rebates only apply to CPS Energy Customers.

• Applications must be completed and submitted within 90 days of installation of the unit.
• Applications must be signed by customer and contractor and include an Itemized
legible copy of the contractor’s invoice itemizing equipment installed with model and serial #s on the invoice and a
print out of AHRI reference data sheet showing product identifiers and performance ratings (obtain from contractor).

• Applications are subjected to verification. If the verification cannot be completed, the rebate will not be paid.
• Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after receipt of all documents for the rebate to appear as a credit on your CPS Energy account.
