Procedure for updating aadhaar details in

oine method

If you want to change or update your details present on your aadhaar by oine (Postal)
method, this is the procedure you must follow:-

You can update these details present on your aadhaar card:-

Your Name
Date of Birth
Residence Address
Gender
Contact Information (Mobile Number)

All you have to do is to follow these steps:-

1. First of all Download the details updation/correction form from UIDAI website
http://uidai.gov.in/update-your-aadhaar-data.html
2. All the details should be lled in capital letters only. Keep in mind to give your working
mobile number as it is compulsory.
3. Whatever information you want to get updated weather it is your name, address, Date of
Birth or anything add self-attested photocopies of the documents.
4. On each document do mention your 12 digit aadhaar number that is issued to you by UIDAI.
5. Put all the details in an envelope and seal it properly using glue. In clear letters mention
Aadhaar Update/Correction on the envelope and see if it is properly readable.
6. Now, all your work has done and you need only to post the envelope as per your language.

My Father Is An Senior Citizen Age 63 Yrs Running. So At The Time Of
Registration His Specimens Of Fingure Are Not Taken By The Respective Agents.
Due To This Reason Adhar Card Is Not Generating. What Is The Procedure To

has posted 15th.oct2016 by govt. post oce, but i have not found any update

Hi. My old mobile number got deactivated suddenly and I have a new mobile
number now. How do I update my mobile number on aadhar card please? The
form for changes does not have an option for making change of mobile
number. The only elds for correction on the update form that are available are
Name, Gender, DoB, address and email id. Please let me know what to do?

Sir, My aadhar card brg.no.2554 8385 9005 .In my said card 1st name one
alphabet is missing i.e. a which should be entered in rst name
i.e.PRATIMA.Necessary documents sent by post but till date it has not done.plz
look into the matter.
