University of Utah in the only university with health care system in the state of Utah that
provides patient care for the people from different states. It is also the training ground for the

Requirements Qualifications

Current certifications as a Registered A.S., Medical Assistant Program,

Medical Assistant (RMA) through
AMT
Demonstrated Phlebotomy skills.
Ability to withstand the physical
demands of being in your feet for
long periods of time, of moving and
lifting patients.
May assist in inpatient and family
education by providing general
health information to patient and
family members.
LDS Business College.
Trained vital signs, physical
measurements, blood and laboratory
test and injections; certified
phlebotomist.
Patient education and dispensation of
medication in previous job.
12 hours work shift standing and
providing patient assistance in
previous job.
