PANTHER PRIDE FEST

Join us for a night of unlimited carnival games and exciting prizes. You dont want to miss this fun-filled event!

Date: Friday, March 3rd

Time: 5:30pm 8pm (Dinner served from 5:30pm 7:30pm)

Each child must have a hand stamp to participate in the games. A hand stamp includes unlimited games and each
Park View student has a chance to win in a grand prize drawing. In addition, any child with a hand stamp can
enter to win one of many gift basket prizes with the tickets they win from the games. All children attending this
even must be accompanied by an adult.

Dinner meals are available. Meals include a large slice of pizza, a beverage option and a dessert.

Discounted pre-order price Pre-orders are due Friday, February 24 th

$8 per unlimited play hand stamp for children ages 5 and up
$5 per unlimited play hand stand for children ages 4 and under
Dinner meals are $3 for cheese, $3.50 for pepperoni and $3.50 for sausage.
o You can also add a slice to your meal for a small additional charge

If your family qualifies for financial assistance and you would like to inquire about assistance for this event, please
contact the school office by February 24th for approval and reservation instructions. We are unable to
accommodate any requests the night of the event.

At-the-Door price:
$10 per unlimited play hand stamp for children ages 5 and up
$6 per unlimited play hand stamp for children ages 4 and under
Dinner meals are $5 for cheese, pepperoni or sausage

Fill out and detach the form below. Send it back to school with payment by Friday, February 24 th and
address envelope to Panther Pride Fest. Please make checks payable to Park View PTC.

When you arrive on March 3rd, check in at the door to get your hand stamped and pick up meal tickets. For any
