XXX showed progress in some areas and decreases in others in January. XXX showed progress
with socializing with peers. She enjoyed socializing with a variety of people but needed several
prompts from her staff to communicate respectfully. On one occasion during January, while at the
Rec center, XXX slapped a peer across the face. Staff debriefed with XXX about the situation and
XXX had stated that the boy needed to learn his lesson. Because of this behavior, XXX was not
able to go back to the Rec center for a week. XXX was respectful towards staff, but did need
prompts from them to, again, communicate respectfully and not be verbally aggressive. On one
occasion, in January, XXX had punched a staffs arm while irritated about homework. During
January, there was an incident were XXX stole a pair of shoes from a staffs car. When confronted
about it, XXX said that the shoes were hers and that a teacher gave them to her. Staff told XXX
they would check out her story; she later gave the shoes back to her staff. During her morning
shifts, XXX has shown improvement with getting into the shower, but is still struggling to get out
at an appropriate time. XXX has stated to staff that she does not care if she is late to school. XXX
has needed several reminders about wearing appropriate clothing to school. During January, XXX
enjoyed going to the Rec center and River Quest with her staff and other clients. She also utilized
the Legacies craft room and computer.
