MEETING AGENDA
- Approval of meeting minutes from 3/22/17 meeting

BOD members approved the meeting minutes from the 3/22/17 meeting and agreed to
summarize and send it for wider distribution. Samer to ask Munir to post a link to the
meeting minutes in the weekly email.

- Updates from Munir Munir updated the BOD members on the following items-

Mohid Munir mentioned that there have been issues with Mohid especially with regular
breakdowns. Mohsin a representative from Mohid will be at MCC on Saturday. Basil and
Munir will be meeting with him and provide him with details on the issues that MCC is having
with Mohid. Mohsin will also be meeting with Amin, Basha, and Leila on how Mohid and
QuickBooks can be integrated.

Sunday school Munir informed the BOD that bathroom cleanliness has become an issue
during Sunday school hours. He will be positing more signs reminding people on the
importance of keeping the place clean. Munir mentioned that Sunday School Graduation will
be on May 7th and May 14th will be the Sunday School Picnic.

Events Munir informed BOD members that a number of events are scheduled at MCC
- Family Night April 21 st. Hosai Mojaddidi and Dr. Rania will be presenting on social media
and parenting.
- April 22nd Womens Burda between 1-330pm.
- April 23rd Event on Isra and Miraj after Maghrib. Snacks and tea will be provided by MCC.
The following day (Monday April 24th) there will be a small Iftar for people that are fasting.
- May 5th Family Night with Sheikh Aladdin al-Bakri followed by an all day workshop on May
6th. Lunch will be provided for that event.

- Agenda for MCC Family Night/Townhall on April 14 th - BOD members discussed agenda
items for the upcoming Townhall. Items that will be presented include MCC Security,
Ramadan Plans, Youth Director, Landscaping, and Bathroom. Catherine will take the lead in
the presentation materials. Amir to take the lead on starting a WhatsApp group for Ramadan
volunteers.

- MCC Finances Hiring an Accountant. Catherine updated BOD members on the plan for
hiring an accountant to help with MCC Finances. Leila Fakhira will be helping out Brs Amin
and Basha with MCC Finances as well as organize entries within QuickBooks. She plans to
work around 10 hrs a month and will be working onsite.

- Website Update Catherine mentioned that Hani has agreed to work on the website.
Shahid to provide BOD regular updates on the progress with the website.

MCC BOD MEETING
- MCC Security Update Catherine informed the BOD that security cameras are working fine.
The security consultant will adjust the cameras for better viewing. He will also configure the
system to allow users to login remotely to watch the videos.

- MCC Landscape Catherine updated the BOD members that bushes have been trimmed
and weeds have been sprayed. Herman is the person contracted to work on landscaping.
Catherine is following up with contractors who can trim the trees around MCC.
