QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education : Bachelors degree relevant to the job

Training/s : 32 hours relevant training

Experience : 4 years relevant experience

Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any appropriate eligibility for

second level position

Preference : Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access and SQL/SAS;

knowledge in any SAP Module (CD, CML, CPAS,
Membership)

Basic Function: Responsible for overall supervision of the Technical Services

Division. The position is also responsible for the extraction,
profiling and analysis of data; preparation of business rules
and testing of new programs; preparation of guidelines for
the uniform implementation of new procedures; performance
of all centralized functions relative to operations; and
performance of tasks outside the regular functions of the
operating units but needed by the functional group

Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of

the job; critical / logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills;
communication skills (verbal and written), and for internal applicants,
Performance Appraisal Ratings for the last two (2) rating periods.
