Drive Station Run Check the pulley for mechanical fault, check for irregularities of any kind
Double Drive Station
Run Check fasteninig of bearing housing and the temp. in pulley bearings (60C)
Drive Pulley Stop Check Condition of Rubber lining .

Scraper of pulley
Run Check scraper blades for wear and position adjustement.

Stop Check fastening of bolts and nuts

Stop Complete inspection for gear condition, bearing clearance, seals, sleeves,back stop.

Drive unit
(Motor, gearbox, coupling, bearing)
Run Check Leakage of oil, Oil level, Noise, Temperature, Vibration, & Cleanness.

Run Check oil temperature (Measures and record)

Run Check gear box runs smoothly and does not generate excessive noise
Fludex coupling Stop Check General condition, oil level, oil condition and oil seal

Plough deflector
Stop Check Movability of the plough deflector on the suspinsion

Stop Check the rubber strip of the plough deflector

Rubber belt Stop Check belt Tension, belt surface condition, Alignment, damage, general, wear

Carring, Return Idlers

Run Check Rotation of Idlers freely without abnormal Noise,check damaged, and wear.

Shock absorber, Self Cleaning Idlers Run Check the idler center on the shaft.

Stop Check that the rubber lining on Idlers is intact for the shock absorber Idlers

Run Check that the wire is intact, & is correctly placed arrounf the rope pulleys.

Tower for counterweight Stop Check the fastening of wire to tower.

with winch 6 Stop Check the height of the clearance under the counter weight, use the winch to adjust.
6 Run Check that the counterweight is free to move in both directions, and is not increased.

Run Check Rotation of Idlers freely without abnormal Noise,check damaged, and wear.
Self-adjusting idler set Run Check that the supporting iron are free to turn around the vertical axis.

Run Check idlers surface for cleaning from coated materials. 1

Stop Examine wire rope for damage and check rope anchorage

Stop Check operation of emergency switches

Askew switches/Speed Monitor Stop Check operation and condition.
