Noise and Temp in Screw Reducer,Reducer Bearings and coupling elements
Noise and Temp in bearings of both ends of the screw
Visual inspection of the collecting and unloading ducts

check the lubrication for the reducer and all the bearings

Noise and temp at the reducer , drive and driven shaft bearings , coupling elements
check the feeding and unloading chutes for abnormalities
check the dedusting pipe
check the tensioning weight for abnormalities (noise , irregluar movement , skewing )
Check all bearings clearence and the interior of the reducer
Measure the length of the chain
check the condition of the chain ,buckets and the meshing between the chain and the sprockets
Look/listen/feel inspection for irrigularities of any kind.
Check noise & vibration level of the hammer crusher.
Look for any signs of loose bolts at the wear plates of the hammer crusher on
casing, sides & inlet.
look for any leakage at the housing of the crusher
Check the rotor's bearings
Measure the wear rate at the hammers
check the vibration (H,V,A) and Temp of the filter's Fan
Check the coupling and the coupling elements
check the oil level of the bearings
Check that the valves function properly.This can be checked physically by touching the valves since the compressed air bursts
Check for presence of visible dust in the air flow discharged from the stack
Check that the pressure in the system is 6 bar.
Check that the compressed air is clean,dry,and free from oil.
