In my senior Preceptorship on Mother/Baby and in the Women’s and Children’s Float Pool, | had the opportunity to work under two nurses who had many years experience in women and infant medicine. These experiences allowed me to encounter this patient population more in depth, and allowed me to further fine tune my assessments and care for newborns and their mothers.
