TITLE OF PROJECT: 360 DEGREE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

OBJECTIVES

The objective of study are-:

1. To obtain practical knowledge.

2. To learn the concept by seeing them in real life.

3. The main objective was to apply our bookish knowledge on the real life data.
NEED FOR THE TOPIC: 360 DEGREE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

Performance appraisal is needed in order to :

(1) Provide information about the performance ranks basing on which decision

regarding salary fixation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and demotion are taken.

(2) Provide feedback information about the level of achievement and behavior

of subordinate. This information helps to review the performance of the

subordinate, rectifying performance deficiencies and to set new standards of work, if necessary.

(3) Provide information which helps to counsel the subordinate..

STATISTICAL TECHNIQUES TO BE USED (If any)

Questionnaire is used in Human Resource as a measure of measuring and monitoring


organaizational performance.

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY

For the accomplishment of this project following steps are recommended:


STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING the product and detail study of the concept of 360 Degree
appraisal.
STEP 2: This step is comprises of meeting with investors of NIIT.
STEP 3: Finally analyzing and interpreting the collected data and preparing the final report.
