Subject:
Proposal to write a research paper based on analyzing the current organizational culture in
valuing its employees communication skills the accepting creativity from its employees in path
of development.

Introduction:
In our period of open economy, an organization today not only does business in their mother
country but also operates in different countries. Today the market place is not limited to a certain
geographical location; rather it is global as well as packed with competitors. In order to compete
in such global market place organizations are focused to continuously provide goods and services
in more efficient and unique manner. In this quest, an organization needs its new employees to
find or do things that any other organization cannot. To accomplish such aim, organizations
might need to have a pool of employees with creative and innovative ideas or invest in other
consults to discover new concepts. However, it is a matter of concern that how far organization
will generally accept and value the creativity coming from their new employees.
In the end some view that new employees are the ones with fresh mind. Their accumulated
creativity can shape an organizational creativity level. So it is an essential need for an
organization to continuously promote and encourage its new employees to come up with new
ideas of performing activities or to organize existing things in a new and more efficient way.
While other have contradictory opinion that other new employees lack experience and
knowledge about the field thus their suggestions are less valuable in the developmental decisions
of an organization. Such perceptions highly shape the relationship and communication process
among new and senior employees. On a whole, whether the creativity lies in upward or
downward hierarchical position of an organization is followed by different perception at different
level and thus opinion is a vast area for research.

Research Questions:
Relating to the topic in our research we are aiming to explore about what creativity means in an
organizational setting and the extent to which an organization supports creativity from their
employees. Through our research we hope to address to the following research questions:

1. What is creativity?
2. What does creativity imply in an organization setting?
3. Why does an organization need creative employees?
4. How does managements monitoring, supervision and motivation affect employee
creativity?
5. How does an organizations culture relate to creativity?
6. How does an organizations procedural justice encourage employees creativity?
7. What is employees perception about their organizations support to be creative?

Hypothesis:
Creativity in all fields, including business, flourishes under intrinsic motivation- the drive to do
something because it is interesting, involving, exciting, satisfying, or personally challenging.
Thus the influence of work environment can inspiration individuals creativity to a great extent.
Where some large companies prefer to take out of the box ideas from their superiors, while some
other companies desires that their new employees will think the unthinkable. As creative
organizations needs to have competitive edge over its competitors, so to operate and excel in
such market place an organization has a urge need to continuously come up with novel and
creative ideas that are remarkable.
Therefore in our research, are expecting to find the following hypothesizes:
H0: We want to find that an organization promotes and encourages its new employees to be
creative, and their ideas are valued in decision making. They are free in communicating their
views in organization.
HA: Organizations constrain their new employees creativity to a certain degree. We expect to
find that organization do not constantly encourage creativity form its employees. They mostly
prefer employees to carry out their orders given by their supervisors.

Research Methodology:
In order to provide a standard research paper we will conduct both primary and secondary
research. To complete the primary research we will conduct a survey of representative sampling
of the new employees of an organization as well as few senior employees. For conducting the
survey we will design a questionnaire with different types of closed ended questions so as to get
a range of useful data which will help us to answer my research questions.
For our secondary research we plan to use the resources of the library and web- books and
articles, standard reference sources and database, government documents, media and academic
web-sites etc.

Organization:
Our research paper will be divided in to several sections according to the general research
format. The most important of which are the introduction, Background, Data Presentation and
analysis, and Summary of the findings. Within these sections my organization of the report will
be based on my analysis and findings from the research questions and hypothesis.

Timetable:
We intent to complete both our primary and secondary research by the end of November. We also
intent to follow the class specified dates for the completion of the final draft of our research
paper and submission of the final research paper and other performances regarding the research.

our proposal, we will be obedient to resubmit it after incorporating the necessary changes. We
would also be grateful for your advice and help in conducting our research and completing the
project.
