 Overtime performed beyond the one hundred and three (103) hours of guaranteed overtime for rating shall be compensated with the hourly overtime rate as indicated above.
 The Company shall bear the costs of Land Training, Upgrading of Skills and Education Project, Social Security, Medical, Sick Pay, High Medical Examination prior to embarkation, Free Email Access, Welfare Mutual
Benefit Plan, Family Medical and Dental Plan, Death/Disability Compensation, Family Care Plan, Pension Fund for Families of Deceased Seafarers (widowers/widows), Amenities, Onboard Training, and JSU Welfare
Activities and AMOSUP Membership Fees for the seafarers benefit in accordance with the provisions of the ARTICLE 3, 13, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 34, 36, 38, and 39.
 The Filipino seafarer will also be covered by the Philippine Social Security System and the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-Ibig). The contributions to the above government programs shall be remitted by
the Company to the Philippine SSS and the Pag-Ibig offices. The Company agrees to be charged additionally when these amounts will be amended by the Philippine government or the exchange rate.
 The Company shall take measures for providing Seafarers with appropriate lodging to meet the ARTICLE 37(Sailors Home), and shall report the amount paid and the detail of use to JSU.
 Amount of each funding element refers to the IBF Model wage scale.
