MODO OPERATIVO
A. Pesar parte del agua y agregar el tensioactivo y PQ 7. Si se quiere
hacer perlado, agregar nacarante. Agitar hasta homogeneidad.
B. En otro recipiente se pesa la Dieta de Coco y Octopirox, mezclar
hasta disolucin, agregar la esencia y agitar hasta clarificar.
C. Verter B sobre A suavemente y agregar agua hasta un 75% de la
preparacin.
D. Agregar conservador, colorantes y EDTA con agitacin
E. Agregar cido ctrico hasta pH
F. Agregar sol de Cloruro de sodio, de a poco, evitando la incorporacin
de aire hasta lograr la viscosidad requerida.
G. Completar a volumen con el agua restante.

Mtodo de Elaboracin (Sugerido):
Pesar DEHYPOUND GM/S, TEXAPON A y 50% del AGUA total y homogeneizar a bajas RPM.
Dispersar COSMEDIA GUAR en 20% de AGUA caliente (40C).
Puede utilizarse un homomixer para facilitar el proceso.
Cuando la mezcla se encuentre homognea, agregar a 1.
Agregar a la mezcla anterior el LAMESOFT PO 65 y el CETIOL LDO
Mezclar POLYQUATERNIUM 10 en el 10 % de AGUA. Homogeneizar hasta que adquiera
consistencia (se puede calentar a 40C para acelerar el proceso) y agregar a la mezcla anterior.
Agregar DC 1784 e incorporar la cantidad indicada de KATHON y FRAGANCIA.
Agregar EUPERLAN PO/N y EUPERLAN PK 771. Homogeneizar
Agregar el COMPERLAN FL y el resto del AGUA.
En caso de que el aspecto de la mezcla a temperatura ambiente resulte viscoelstica,
agregar pequeas cantidades de CETIOL LDO.
En este caso est sugerida una proporcin de 0,1%.

PROCEDIMIENTO
Calentar en un recipiente el LANETTE D, DEHYQUART S 18, LANETTE 16,
CUTINA MD, CETIOL LDO y el LAMESOFT PO65 hasta 85C.
Calentar en otro recipiente el agua con la GLICERINA, el CIDO LCTICO y
el ELESTAB CPN a 85C.
Incorporar la fase grasa sobre la fase acuosa bajo agitacin intensa (alto
esfuerzo de corte se requiere para emulsionar) durante 2 minutos. Luego dejar
agitando a bajas rpm hasta que llegue a temperatura ambiente.
Una vez que la temperatura est por debajo de los 30C adicionar la
FRAGANCIA.
pH Final: 4 - 5

MODO OPERATIVO
1. Dispersar el Carbmero en la mitad del agua aprox
en un vaso de pp, espolvorendolo bajo agitacin
enrgica evitando la formacin de grumos.
2. Solubilizar la esencia en el Tween y agregar a 1
3. Con el resto del agua en otro vaso de pp disolver el
PVP K 30 y luego adicionar la TEA, propilenglicol,
conservante y colorante. Homogeneizar.
4. Agregar de una sla vez y con agitacin la fase 3 sobre
la fase 1 evitando la formacin de aire
