Tactical Support Equipment, Inc. designs and
manufactures an array of field-expedient tactical power
adapters to include the BA-5590 USB adapter.

The new high-power adapter is designed to provide a

power charging capability for electronic devices used in
austere environments. The TSE-5590-USB-HP powers
from a single BA-5590 battery and delivers 3 amps per
USB port, enough to charge any digital camera, digital
camcorder, I-Pad, Droid or tablet device.

A 2-pin connector on the adapter provides an additional

power out.

The harsh environment USB connectors are specifically

designed to allow use of heavy-duty USB cables.
