as the pressures of succeeding
at your full-time 6 month
internship. Stress happens to
everyone, but knowing the ways
to manage it will help you put
your best foot forward.

What is Stress?
It can be found at work:
1. Work Responsibility
2. Time Pressure
3. Work Complexity
Or even at home:
1. Negative Life Events
2. Financial Uncertainty

Untreated stress
can be harmful.
Some common effects of
stress include:
- Increased Anxiety
- Restlessness
- Increased Irritability
- Loss of motivation
- Substance Abuse
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Loss of Appetite
Come out every last Tuesday of the
month at the Stearns Co-op Center
for various Stress-Reducing group
activities!
